Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority in Kazan. We provide all participants with high-quality FFP3 respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable coveralls to keep your clothes clean. Our professional artists lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use low-odour, professional-grade paints, and we always ensure the workshop area is well-ventilated or outdoors to keep the environment safe and comfortable for everyone.

Do we need to have artistic skills to participate?

The beauty of a graffiti charity event is that it's accessible to everyone! You don't need any prior artistic experience or 'talent' to make something amazing. Our Kazan-based street artists are experts at breaking down complex techniques into simple, fun steps. We guide your guests from their first line to the final flourish, ensuring everyone feels proud of what they've created for your cause.

Where in Kazan can the charity event take place?

Graffitifun is incredibly flexible. We can host your fundraiser at a variety of locations across Kazan, from urban outdoor spaces to specialized indoor studios with proper ventilation. If you have a specific venue in mind for your gala or community day, let us know! We can also help source a location that fits the 'street art' vibe while meeting all safety and capacity requirements for your group.

What are the payment terms for a charity booking?

We believe in making things easy for organisers. You don't need to pay anything upfront when booking your Kazan workshop. We work on a 'pay after the event' basis, which allows you to focus on your fundraising goals without worrying about immediate overheads. We accept various payment methods and will provide a clear invoice once your successful street art event is wrapped up.

How long does a typical charity workshop last?

Our standard charity workshops in Kazan typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This provides the perfect window to learn the basics, practice some tags, and complete a collaborative masterpiece. However, we can easily adapt the schedule to fit your specific event itinerary, whether you want a quick 45-minute 'taster' session or a full afternoon of creative immersion for your donors.

How do you handle the logistics and potential mess?

While our workshops are high-energy, they are also highly organised. We handle all the 'messy' parts, providing floor coverings and protective gear. Our team manages the flow of participants, ensuring the activity stays focused and productive. We take care of the entire setup and the deep clean afterwards, leaving the Kazan venue exactly as we found it—except perhaps for a stunning new piece of canvas art!

What happens if we need to book at the last minute?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during the busy summer festival season in Tatarstan. However, we have a large team of backup artists in the region. This means we can often accommodate last-minute requests and, more importantly, we guarantee your event will never be cancelled due to artist illness. We always have a 'plan B' ready!

Local culture

Kazan is a city where tradition meets a bold, modern pulse. Known for its stunning Kremlin and diverse cultural heritage, the capital of Tatarstan has also been quietly cultivating a fantastic street art scene. From the murals decorating the Bauman Street area to the creative hubs emerging in former industrial zones, Kazan is the perfect canvas for a graffiti charity event. We tap into this local energy to make your fundraiser feel authentic and exciting. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know Kazan is often called the "Third Capital of Russia"? Its unique blend of European and Asian influences makes it one of the most visually interesting cities for artists to find inspiration! 🏆

By hosting your event here, you're not just raising money; you're contributing to the city's growing reputation as a centre for contemporary creativity. Whether your guests are locals from the Vakhitovsky District or visitors exploring the city, they'll love the chance to engage with Kazan's urban culture in a meaningful way.

Pricing

We believe every charity event is unique, which is why we don't have a "one size fits all" price tag. Whether you're planning a small community gathering or a massive corporate fundraiser in Kazan, we'll build a package that works for you. 💸
