Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep everyone clean and safe. Our professional artists lead the session with a comprehensive safety briefing, ensuring that your charity event is not only fun and productive but also completely secure for all participants involved.

Where in Saint Petersburg can we host the charity event?

We are extremely flexible! Whether you want to host the event at a community centre, a public park (with permits), or a private venue, we can make it work. We also have access to various 'legal walls' across Saint Petersburg. If it’s raining, we can set up mobile plastic partitions indoors to protect the venue while keeping the creativity flowing.

Do participants need any prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our expert artists will guide your donors and volunteers through the basics, from holding the can to advanced shading techniques. By the end of the day, everyone will be amazed at what they’ve created, regardless of their previous artistic experience. It's all about the community spirit!

How long does a typical graffiti fundraiser last?

Our standard charity sessions usually last between 2 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a stunning final masterpiece. However, we can adapt the timing to fit your specific fundraiser schedule, whether you need a quick 'drop-in' station or a deep-dive creative afternoon.

What is the minimum age for participants?

Generally, we recommend our workshops for ages 6 and up, as the spray cans require a bit of hand strength. For charity events involving younger children, we can provide alternative street-art tools like paint markers or stencils so that everyone can contribute to the cause safely and happily. It’s a fantastic way to engage the whole family!

What materials are included in the workshop package?

Graffitifun provides everything! Your booking includes high-quality spray paint in a vibrant range of colours, caps/nozzles, protective gear (suits, gloves, masks), and the 'canvas' (whether that’s a wall, boards, or individual canvases). We handle the setup and the cleanup, so you can focus entirely on your fundraising goals and engaging with your guests.

How far in advance should we book?

To ensure we have your preferred date and the best team of artists available, we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance—especially for large charity events in Saint Petersburg. However, thanks to our 'backup artist' guarantee, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests. Just reach out to us, and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Saint Petersburg isn't just about the Hermitage and classical architecture; there is a beating heart of urban creativity found in spaces like Sevkabel Port and the hidden courtyards of the Petrogradsky District. The city's street art scene is a blend of poetic expression and bold, modern statements. By choosing a graffiti workshop for your fundraiser, you are tapping into this vibrant "Piter" energy that resonates with locals and visitors alike. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Saint Petersburg is home to some of Russia's most talented street artists? The city's unique light—especially during the "White Nights"—provides a stunning backdrop for outdoor murals, making it one of the most photogenic locations for a creative charity event! 🎨

Incorporating local style and culture into your charity mural ensures that the artwork feels authentic to the city, creating a deeper connection between your cause and the participants. We can even include iconic Saint Petersburg motifs in the design!
