Do we need to provide our own safety gear for the charity event?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality protective suits, gloves, and masks to ensure everyone stays clean. While we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a stray speck of dust on, our gear is top-notch. Safety is our priority, and our artists provide a full briefing before anyone touches a spray can, making sure the environment remains fun and hazard-free for all participants in Rostov-on-Don.

Do participants need prior art experience to join in?

Not at all. Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional graffiti artists will guide your guests through every step, from holding the can to advanced shading techniques. By the end of the fundraiser, even those who have never picked up a brush will be amazed at the masterpiece they've helped create. It’s all about having fun and supporting a great cause together!

Where in Rostov-on-Don can the workshop take place?

We are very flexible! We can host the event at a venue of your choice in Rostov-on-Don, whether it's a community centre, a park (with permission), or a private warehouse. If you don't have a spot, we can help recommend locations. We use mobile graffiti walls or canvases, so we can set up almost anywhere that has decent ventilation and space for your guests.

How long does a typical graffiti fundraiser session last?

A typical charity workshop lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives enough time for a demo, practice sessions, and the creation of a final collaborative mural or individual pieces. We can adapt the timing to fit into a larger gala or festival schedule if needed. Our goal is to keep the energy high and the creativity flowing throughout the entire session.

What happens if an artist is unable to make it?

Yes! We have a reliable network of professional backup artists ready to step in. We understand that your charity event is a high-stakes date, so we guarantee that a professional will be there to lead the workshop no matter what. You can plan your fundraiser with total peace of mind, knowing that the creative entertainment is 100% secured with Graffitifun.

Is there an upfront payment required for the booking?

We believe in the quality of our events, which is why we don't require upfront payments for most bookings. You can pay after the workshop is completed and you're satisfied with the results. This allows you to focus on your fundraising goals without worrying about financial risk. It’s part of our commitment to being a trustworthy partner for the Rostov-on-Don community.
