Is the graffiti workshop safe for our employees?

We prioritize safety above all else. Every participant is provided with high-quality protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep clothes clean. Our spray paints are low-odour and user-friendly. Before we start, our expert artists conduct a thorough safety briefing, explaining how to handle the cans correctly. We also ensure that the workspace is well-ventilated, so your team can focus entirely on having fun and being creative in a secure environment.

Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Not at all! Our team building sessions are specifically designed for people with zero artistic background. Our professional instructors will show you the ropes, from basic lines to cool shading techniques. We focus on the 'fun' in functionality, helping everyone contribute regardless of their skill level. By the end of the day, your team will be amazed at what they've managed to create together on a massive scale.

What should our team wear to the event?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on, just in case! While we provide full protective gear, including overalls, it’s best to be practical. If the workshop is outdoors, check the Rostov weather forecast and dress in layers. Other than that, just bring your energy and a willingness to try something totally new and exciting with your colleagues.

How long does a typical team building session last?

The beauty of our graffiti workshops is their flexibility. While a standard high-impact session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours, we can tailor the duration to fit your corporate schedule. Whether you want a quick 90-minute creative blast to energise a meeting or a full afternoon of collaborative mural painting, we’ll make sure the timing works perfectly for your group's specific goals.

Can you host the workshop at our office location?

We can host your team at one of our cool partner locations in Rostov-on-Don, or we can bring the entire setup to you! If you have a suitable outdoor space at your office or a ventilated indoor area, we can set up professional plastic shielding to protect the surroundings. Our mobile setup allows us to transform almost any space into a temporary street art studio.

Can we include our company logo in the graffiti art?

Absolutely! We can work with you to incorporate your corporate colours, company logo, or specific brand values into the final mural design. This makes the session even more impactful, as the team works together to create a visual representation of your company culture. It's a fantastic way to reinforce brand identity while giving everyone a sense of shared ownership and achievement.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Rostov can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered! If you've booked an outdoor session and the weather doesn't play ball, we usually have indoor backup options available or can set up professional tents. We also have a network of backup artists to ensure your event goes ahead no matter what. We’ll coordinate closely with you to ensure your team building event is a success, rain or shine.

Local culture

Rostov-on-Don is a city with a soul as deep as the Don River itself. Known as the 'Gateway to the Caucasus', it’s a place where history meets a modern, edgy vibe. While the city is famous for its beautiful embankments and vibrant food scene, the street art culture is quietly booming. By choosing a graffiti workshop here, you're tapping into the local 'Rostovian' spirit of independence and bold expression. 🎨

Our workshops can be held in various creative hubs across the city, from the industrial-cool spaces near the old flour mills to modern coworking courtyards. We take inspiration from the city's unique mix of southern warmth and urban grit to help your team create something truly authentic.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Rostov-on-Don was once home to some of the most intricate underground murals in the region? The city has a long history of hiding artistic gems in unexpected places, making it the perfect backdrop for your team's creative discovery!
