What exactly is live painting and how does it work?

Live painting is a dynamic performance where our artist creates a large-scale mural from scratch right in front of your guests. Unlike a finished piece of art, the magic here is in the process—people love watching the transformation of a blank space into a masterpiece over the course of your event. It provides a constant focal point and a great talking point for attendees.

Is it safe to have spray painting indoors at my event?

Safety is our priority! We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints or high-quality acrylic markers depending on your venue. If we're indoors, we ensure proper ventilation and use protective floor coverings to keep the Rostov-on-Don venue spotless. Our artists are highly experienced in working around crowds safely, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience for any event coordinator.

Can we choose the design or theme of the artwork?

Absolutely! We love incorporating your brand identity, event theme, or specific colour palettes into the artwork. Whether you want your company logo front and centre or a mural that reflects the spirit of Southern Russia, we’ll consult with you beforehand to ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision and goals for the day.

How long does a typical live painting session last?

We are completely flexible. Typically, a performance lasts between 2 and 5 hours to keep the energy high, but we can adapt to full-day festivals or short, high-impact brand launches. We’ll work with your schedule to ensure the climax of the painting happens right when you want it, ensuring maximum engagement from your audience throughout the session.

Do I need to provide any materials or equipment?

No need to stress about the logistics! Graffitifun provides everything, including the canvases or boards, high-quality paints, dust sheets, and safety gear. All we usually need from you is a dedicated space and a flat surface or wall to work against. We handle the setup and the cleanup, leaving you free to enjoy your event and host your guests.

What happens to the mural once the event is over?

Yes, the final artwork is yours to keep! Many of our clients in Rostov-on-Don choose to display the finished piece in their office, raffle it off to guests, or even auction it for charity. It serves as a lasting tangible memory of a fantastic event. We can even create the piece on multiple smaller canvases that can be separated afterwards.
