Do we need any previous artistic experience to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely not! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from those who haven't picked up a pencil since primary school to seasoned doodles. Our professional artists guide your team through the basics, starting with simple lines and shapes before moving on to complex lettering. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team develops 'street cred' and creates a masterpiece they are genuinely proud of. It’s all about the experience and having a blast together.

Is the workshop safe for our employees?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including gloves and masks to filter out fumes, as well as overalls to protect your clothing. We recommend wearing comfortable, older clothes and trainers just in case. Our spray cans are professional-grade but easy to handle. We conduct a full safety briefing at the start of every session to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident before the first spray.

How long does a typical team-building session last?

Typically, a corporate workshop in Saint Petersburg lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for the intro, sketching, practice rounds, and the final creation of your collaborative mural. We are flexible and can adjust the timing to fit your corporate itinerary, whether you need a quick energiser or a full afternoon of creative team building. Just let us know your schedule, and we will make it work seamlessly!

Where in Saint Petersburg do the workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at a variety of locations! We have access to incredible legal graffiti walls around Saint Petersburg for an authentic street feel. Alternatively, if you have an outdoor space at your office or a rented venue with proper ventilation, we can come to you. We are mobile and bring all the necessary equipment, boards, and protective floor coverings to ensure your chosen venue remains exactly as we found it.

How does the payment process work for corporate bookings?

Flexibility is one of our core values. We don't require any upfront payment to secure your date, which makes the booking process stress-free for your finance department. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed and your team is buzzing with creative energy. We accept various payment methods and provide full invoicing for your corporate records. Your satisfaction and ease of booking are what matter most to us.

What is the maximum group size you can accommodate?

We believe the more, the merrier! We can accommodate everything from small executive teams of 10 to large-scale corporate outings of 100+ participants. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our professional artists and set up multiple 'spray zones' to ensure everyone gets plenty of hands-on time and individual guidance. We ensure the ratio of artists to participants stays optimal for a high-quality, interactive experience.

How does graffiti help with team building specifically?

Unlike a traditional painting class, graffiti is inherently collaborative. It forces team members to communicate, share space on a large canvas, and blend their individual styles into a cohesive piece of art. It breaks down corporate hierarchies—everyone is a beginner together. Plus, the sheer novelty and 'cool factor' of spray painting create lasting memories and stories that your team will be talking about at the water cooler for months to come.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team building session in Saint Petersburg? Because nothing breaks down barriers like a bit of spray paint! It’s the perfect mix of skill-learning, collaboration, and pure, unadulterated fun. Here’s why your team will love it: 🔥

Total inclusivity: You don't need to be Van Gogh to pick up a spray can. Our artists make sure everyone, regardless of skill level, contributes to something amazing.
Boost morale: There is an incredible sense of accomplishment when you see a blank wall transform into a vibrant piece of art in just two hours. 🏆
Unique bonding: Stepping out of the office and into a creative "danger zone" (the fun kind!) encourages authentic communication and teamwork.
Zero stress booking: With no upfront payments and backup artists always on standby, we take the stress out of event planning for you.
Tailored to your brand: We can incorporate your company colours, values, or logo into the final artwork for a truly personalised experience. 🎤

Step by step

The warm welcome: Your team arrives at our Saint Petersburg street art location and meets our professional graffiti artists. We start with some high-energy inspiration and a brief history of the local scene.
Safety first: Everyone gets geared up in protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We demonstrate how to handle the cans safely and respect the environment.
Mastering the nozzle: Participants learn the 'can control' basics—distinguishing between thin lines, fat caps, and fading techniques on practice boards.
Sketching the vision: Your team brainstorms a theme or uses your company logo as a base. We help you translate those ideas into a rough sketch on the wall or canvas.
The first layer: Time to shake those cans! Team members start filling in the large areas of colour, learning how to layer paint without drips.
Outline and detail: This is where the magic happens. We guide you through sharpening the edges and adding the 'pop' that makes graffiti look professional.
Collaborative polish: The artists step in to help with final highlights and shadows, ensuring the entire group’s work comes together as one stunning masterpiece.
The big reveal: We take group photos of your team in front of their creation. It’s the perfect moment for a victory cheer and some social media-worthy shots!
Wrap up: We handle all the cleanup. You head off for your next team activity (or the pub!) with tons of creative energy and a renewed team spirit.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Saint Petersburg isn't just about the Hermitage and classical palaces; it has a thriving, soul-stirring street art scene hidden in its courtyards and industrial zones. From the massive murals in the Sevkabel Port area to the secret gems in the Pushkinskaya-10 art centre, the city is a canvas for those who know where to look. Our workshops tap into this local 'Piter' spirit—gritty, creative, and unapologetically bold.

Fun Fact: Saint Petersburg is home to the Street Art Museum, located in a functioning laminate factory! It's one of the few places in the world where heavy industry and cutting-edge urban art live side-by-side. 🎨

We bring that same industrial-cool vibe to your corporate event, ensuring your team feels connected to the contemporary pulse of this historic city. Whether we're painting near the Neva or in a trendy loft, the atmosphere is always authentically Saint Petersburg.
