Can guests with no artistic experience participate?

Absolutely! Participation is the heart of a charity event. Under the guidance of our professional artists, guests of all ages and skill levels can contribute to the artwork. We provide all the necessary protective gear and use high-quality spray paints. It’s a fantastic way for donors to feel a physical connection to the cause they are supporting while having a blast.

Where in Murska Sobota can the event be held?

We are fully mobile and can set up at your preferred location in Murska Sobota, whether it's a park, a community hall, or your organization's headquarters. We use specialized mobile graffiti walls and ensure the area is protected. If you don't have a venue, we can help suggest local spots that work perfectly for a creative fundraiser.

What makes graffiti better than a standard fundraiser?

Graffiti is a high-energy, visual activity that naturally draws a crowd and looks incredible on social media. Unlike traditional gala dinners, a graffiti workshop is interactive and provides a tangible 'result'—the artwork. This can be auctioned off or displayed as a permanent reminder of the community's generosity, creating a much deeper emotional bond with your mission.

Is the spray painting process safe for everyone?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 masks, gloves, and protective suits to all participants. Our professional artists lead a safety briefing before any cans are shaken. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and ensure there is plenty of ventilation, even if we are working in a semi-covered space.

What happens to the artwork after the event?

The final masterpiece is yours! Most charity organizers choose to auction the canvases off during the event to raise additional funds. Alternatively, some organizations keep the murals to decorate their facilities or gift them to major sponsors. We can also create smaller individual canvases that participants can take home as a souvenir of their contribution.

How far in advance do we need to book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure we have your date secured and our best artists available. However, we know charity events can sometimes come together quickly! Since we have a large team and backup artists ready, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Just reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

How long does a typical charity workshop last?

A typical charity workshop session lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives enough time for a demo, practice sessions, and the creation of the final mural. However, for large-scale fundraisers or festivals, we can run 'drop-in' style sessions that span an entire afternoon, allowing hundreds of people to add their own spray-painted touch to the cause.

Local culture

Murska Sobota is the heart of the Prekmurje region, a place known for its hospitality and growing appreciation for contemporary culture. While the city is famous for its beautiful park and the Renaissance Sobota Castle, there is a burgeoning interest in urban art that matches its peaceful yet progressive vibe. Bringing a graffiti event here adds a modern, edgy layer to the city's traditional charm.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the Prekmurje region has its own unique dialect? While we'll be speaking the universal language of art, don't be surprised if your guests bring some local "Sobočan" spirit and flair to their spray-painted designs!

By hosting your fundraiser here, you're tapping into a community that truly cares about local causes, from the banks of the Mura River to the bustling city centre. We can also support events in nearby cities like Ljubljana, Maribor, Celje, and Kranj.
