Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Absolutely! At Graffitifun, safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls. Our professional artists are onsite at all times in Sliven to supervise the workshop and ensure everyone uses the spray cans correctly. We choose well-ventilated outdoor spaces or safe indoor setups to make sure your charity event is as safe as it is fun and creative.

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

We suggest a duration of 2 to 3 hours for a Sliven charity event. This timeframe allows enough time for a proper introduction, a brief history of street art, practice sessions, and the final creation of the collaborative mural or individual canvases. We can always adjust the schedule to fit into a larger fundraiser programme if you have other speeches or auctions planned for the day.

What materials do you provide for the fundraiser?

For charity events, we found that a collaborative mural is the best way to foster community spirit. However, we also offer individual canvases if you want guests to take their art home. We provide all the professional-grade spray paint, caps, safety gear, and surfaces. You just need to provide the enthusiastic participants and a suitable location in Sliven, which we can help you select!

Do we need to pay for the workshop in advance?

One of the best things about working with Graffitifun is our flexible payment policy. You don't need to pay anything upfront to secure your date in Sliven. We believe in the quality of our workshops, so you simply pay after the event is successfully completed. This reduces the financial risk for your charity and makes the planning process much smoother and stress-free.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional graffiti artists will guide your guests through the basics, from holding the can to creating professional-looking effects. The goal in Sliven is to have fun, express creativity, and raise money for a good cause. We ensure everyone, regardless of their artistic talent, walks away feeling like a street art pro.

What happens if the artist is unavailable on the day?

We understand that reliability is crucial for a successful fundraiser. That's why we have a large network of professional artists. If the primary artist assigned to your Sliven event falls ill or cannot make it, we have backup artists ready to step in at a moment's notice. Your charity event is guaranteed to go ahead as planned with the same high level of energy and professionalism.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Sliven, known as the "City of the Hundred Voyvodes", has a rich history of resilience and spirit—values that align perfectly with charity work. Nestled at the foot of the Blue Stones (Sinite Kamani), the city offers a dramatic backdrop for creative expression. While Sliven is famous for its textile industry, the modern creative scene is growing fast! Local festivals and youth initiatives have started to embrace street art as a way to revitalise urban spaces. By hosting a graffiti fundraiser here, you’re tapping into that local Balkan energy and giving the community a chance to contribute to Sliven’s evolving cultural landscape. ⛰️

Fun fact: Sliven is one of the few places in Bulgaria where the distinctive "Bora" wind blows—a powerful northern wind that perfectly matches the high-energy, fast-paced nature of spray painting! ✨
