How do we book a graffiti charity event in Vasteras?

Booking is simple! Start by using our online cost calculator or send us a quick message through our contact form. Our Vasteras team will check your date and group size to provide a tailored quote. Once the details are confirmed, we lock in your artist. The best part? You don't need to pay anything upfront; you only pay after the event is successfully completed and the fun is done!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Safety is our top priority for every fundraiser. We provide all participants with professional-grade protective overalls, gloves, and high-quality respiratory masks to ensure a clean and safe experience. Our sprays are selected for their quality and ease of use. Our professional artists supervise every step, ensuring that the only thing you have to worry about is having a great time and hitting those donation goals!

Can the charity event be held indoors or outdoors?

Absolutely! We offer both outdoor and indoor options. In Vasteras, we have access to various creative spaces, but we can also set up mobile 'graffiti walls' at your chosen venue. If it's indoors, we ensure proper ventilation and use drop-cloths to protect the floor. We are flexible and can adapt to almost any location to make your charity event a success, rain or shine.

How long does a typical charity workshop last?

We recommend a duration of 1.5 to 3 hours for the best experience. This allows enough time for an introduction to the history of street art, a demonstration of techniques, and for everyone to contribute to the final masterpiece. We can adjust the timing to fit into a larger event schedule or gala evening if you have multiple activities planned for your donors.

Do we need to provide any materials?

You don't need to bring a thing! Graffitifun provides everything: premium spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective gear, canvases or boards, and professional guidance. We also handle the setup and the cleanup. Just make sure your guests show up in comfortable clothes and shoes they don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on – though our overalls are very effective!

Can we keep the artwork created during the event?

Yes, that is a fantastic way to boost your fundraising! Many Vasteras charities choose to auction off the finished canvases or the collaborative mural created during the session. It’s a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of art that serves as a permanent reminder of the cause. Alternatively, some organisations keep the artwork to brighten up their headquarters or community centres.

Can we incorporate our charity logo into the artwork?

Definitely. We can pre-sketch your charity's logo, a specific slogan, or a theme related to your cause onto the workspace. This gives participants a professional framework to work within, ensuring the final result looks polished and 'on brand'. It’s a great way to make the event feel integrated with your mission while still giving everyone creative freedom with colours and patterns.

Total inclusivity: You don't need to be an artist to join in! Our pros guide everyone, making it accessible for kids, corporate donors, and seniors alike.
Instant social media buzz: Graffiti is incredibly "Instagrammable," helping your event go viral and attracting more attention to your fundraising goals. 📸
Tangible results: You end up with a stunning piece of art that can be auctioned off or displayed as a symbol of your community's support.
Zero financial risk: With our "pay after the workshop" policy, you can focus on your donors without the stress of upfront costs. 🏆

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Vasteras is a city that perfectly blends industrial heritage with modern innovation, making it the ideal backdrop for a street art revolution. From the historic sights of Kyrkbacken to the sleek modern architecture near the harbour, there is an underlying creative pulse here. By hosting a graffiti fundraiser, you are tapping into that local 'Aros' spirit – bold, industrious, and community-minded. We love working in Vasteras because the local crowd isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and try something new for a good cause. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know Vasteras is often called "Gurkstaden" (The Cucumber City)? While we might not be painting cucumbers (unless you want to!), we definitely bring that same unique local pride to every mural we create with your team! 🥒
