We typically suggest a minimum group of 10 for private bookings, but for public food festivals, there is no real limit! We can managed hundreds of participants over the course of a day using a rotation system. If you have a massive event planned at the RSC or along the Viking Triangle, we can scale up our team of artists to handle the crowd.

What happens if it rains or an artist is sick?

In Ireland, we always have a plan B! If your festival is outdoors, we can set up under gazebos or move the activity to a sheltered area. We also have a 'backup artist' policy, meaning if an artist is unexpectedly unavailable, we have a professional ready to step in so your festival entertainment is never disrupted. Your event’s success is our priority.
