Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including professional-grade masks and gloves. Our artists lead with a comprehensive safety briefing to ensure everyone uses the equipment correctly. We typically host our Waterford charity events in well-ventilated outdoor areas or large halls, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment for all your amazing volunteers and donors. Everyone can focus entirely on the fun and the cause!

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from those who can't draw a stick figure to seasoned creatives. Our professional artists break down the process into easy-to-follow steps. We provide stencils and guided techniques so that even total beginners can produce something spectacular for your charity. It’s all about the energy, the community spirit, and supporting a great cause while trying something brand new!

Where in Waterford can the workshop take place?

We are fully mobile! In Waterford, we can bring the workshop to your charity’s headquarters, a local park (with permission), or a community centre. If you don't have a spot in mind, let us know! We have local knowledge of great spaces across the city, from Ballybricken to the Viking Triangle, and can help suggest the perfect backdrop for your fundraising efforts.

How long does a typical charity graffiti session last?

Standard workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. For charity events, we can be quite flexible. Some organisations prefer a 'drop-in' style where people come and go throughout the day, while others want a structured team-building session. We’ll work with your schedule to ensure the timing fits perfectly with your fundraising goals and other planned activities.

What materials do you provide for the event?

We provide everything! This includes premium low-pressure spray paint (easier to control), protective masks, gloves, overalls, and the 'canvases'—which can be large wooden panels, temporary walls, or even individual boards that donors can take home. You just need to bring the enthusiasm and maybe some old clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We handle the setup and the cleanup.

Do we have to pay everything upfront?

Yes, indeed! We offer a unique 'pay after the workshop' policy. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to be 100% satisfied before worrying about the bill. This is especially helpful for charities and non-profits managing tight budgets. It ensures you have peace of mind, knowing that you only pay once the creative magic has successfully happened at your event.

How do we book a session for our charity?

Getting started is easy! You can use our online Cost Calculator for an instant estimate, or simply reach out for a custom quote. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll lock in your date. We even have backup artists available, so you never have to worry about a last-minute cancellation. We're here to make your Waterford fundraiser a massive, colourful success!
