Do we need prior art experience to participate? Balk?

Not at all! Our leadership training is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. Our professional artists guide you through basic spray-painting techniques before we dive into the leadership exercises. The focus is on communication, strategy, and vision rather than creating a Da Vinci masterpiece. You'll be surprised at how much you can achieve with a bit of expert guidance and team spirit.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for professional teams?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep everyone safe and clean. We use professional-grade spray cans in well-ventilated areas. Our instructors are seasoned pros who provide clear safety briefings before any paint is sprayed, ensuring a secure environment where your team can focus entirely on their leadership development and creative expression.

How long does the leadership training session last?

A standard leadership workshop in Slavonski Brod typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for the initial briefing, skill-building 'tags', the core collaborative mural project, and a final debrief where we connect the creative process back to your specific leadership goals. We can adjust the duration slightly to fit your corporate schedule if needed.

Can the workshop be held at our own business location?

Absolutely! We can bring the workshop to your office car park or a private venue in Slavonski Brod, provided we have the right permissions and ventilation. Alternatively, we can host you at one of our partner urban locations. We are fully mobile and bring all the boards, paint, and protective gear to you, making the logistics as simple as possible.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Our Slavonski Brod workshops are highly scalable. We can accommodate small executive teams of 5 people up to large departmental groups of 50 or more. For larger groups, we bring in additional artist-mentors to ensure every sub-team receives personal coaching and every 'leader' has the chance to practice their skills effectively throughout the session.

How does the payment process work for companies?

Unlike many traditional training providers, we don't require upfront payments to secure your date. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to feel confident in booking. You can settle the invoice after the workshop is completed and your team is buzzing with creative energy. This keeps the process stress-free and professional from start to finish.

What do we need to bring with us on the day?

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on (though we provide full-body suits). We provide everything else: spray cans, caps, boards, masks, and gloves. Just bring an open mind, your leadership challenges, and a desire to see your team's dynamics through a completely new, colourful lens. We take care of all the cleanup!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership event? Because traditional seminars rarely break down barriers like a can of spray paint does. Here’s why it works:

Visualises Vision: Turn abstract company goals into a tangible, colourful mural you can actually see. 🎨
Breaks Hierarchies: Everyone starts as a beginner, allowing natural leaders to emerge regardless of job titles. 🔥
High-Stakes Collaboration: Graffiti requires synchronised effort—if one person goes rogue, the whole piece changes!
Boosts Innovation: Gets your managers thinking 'outside the box' and overcoming the fear of making mistakes. 💡
Instant Satisfaction: See the direct results of your team's improved communication in real-time.
Risk-Free Booking: No upfront payment and a 100% fun guarantee means you can book with total confidence. 🚀

Step by step

Mission briefing: We kick off with a breakdown of your leadership goals and an introduction to the world of street art.
Mastering the tools: Every leader needs skills. You'll learn the basics of spray control, line work, and shading from our pros.
Strategic visioning: As a group, you'll brainstorm a concept that represents your team’s future or core values.
Role allocation: This is where the training heat is on. Your team decides on project leads, detail specialists, and quality control.
The execution phase: The cans start clicking! Teams work together to bring the large-scale mural to life under pressure.
Pivoting and feedback: Our artists introduce 'creative challenges' that require leaders to adapt their plan on the fly.
Refining the masterpiece: Final touches are added as the team learns to focus on the 'big picture' while respecting individual contributions.
The debrief: We stand back, admire the work, and discuss how the teamwork dynamics translate back to your office in Slavonski Brod.

Local culture

Slavonski Brod, with its stunning Fortress and deep industrial roots, provides the perfect backdrop for a workshop about structure and creativity. We love the contrast between the historic architecture of the Brod Fortress and the modern, edgy vibe of contemporary street art. Our workshops tap into this local spirit of resilience and innovation. Whether we're setting up near the Sava riverbank or at a private local venue, the city's unique position as a bridge between cultures mirrors our goal: bridging the gap between management and staff through shared creative goals. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know Slavonski Brod was once a major strategic stronghold? Just as the fortress was built with precision and teamwork, our workshops help you build a 'fortress' of a team that can withstand any market challenge! 🏰

Pricing

Our leadership experiences are competitively priced to deliver maximum ROI for your team's development. Prices typically range from €20 to €45 per person, depending on the group size, chosen venue, and specific training modules you'd like us to include. Whether you're a small startup or a major Slavonski Brod employer, we can tailor a package that fits your budget and goals perfectly. 🏆
