How long does a live painting session usually last?

A live painting performance in Ho typically lasts between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the scale of the artwork and your event timeline. Our artists are flexible; we can create a fast-paced 'speed painting' show or a detailed masterpiece that evolves throughout the entire evening. We coordinate with your schedule to ensure the big 'reveal' happens at the perfect moment for your guests.

Is it messy or smelly for indoor events?

Not at all! We use professional-grade low-odour spray paint and high-quality acrylics designed for indoor use. Furthermore, we take full responsibility for floor and wall protection using high-quality tarps and masking materials. Whether your event is at a luxury hotel in Ho or a private garden, we leave the venue exactly as we found it—except for the beautiful new art!

Can the artist include our company logo or a specific theme?

Absolutely. One of the best parts of live painting is seeing your brand, logo, or event theme come to life. Before the event, we’ll consult with you to discuss colours, styles, and specific imagery you want included. The result is a bespoke piece of art that perfectly aligns with your vision and provides a lasting memory of the day.

What do we need to provide for the artist?

We provide everything needed for the performance! This includes the artist, professional paints, canvases or boards, protective coverings, and safety gear. You just need to provide a designated space for the artist to work (usually about 3x3 metres) and decent lighting so the guests can see the magic happening. We handle the setup and the cleanup.

Do we get to keep the painting after the event?

Yes, the final artwork is yours to keep! Many of our clients in Ho choose to display the finished canvas in their office lobby, gift it to a guest of honour, or even auction it off for charity. It’s a physical memento of the energy and creativity of your event that will last for years to come.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend events or festival seasons in the Volta Region. Ideally, aim for 4-8 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred artist is available. However, thanks to our backup artist system, we can often accommodate last-minute requests, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is next week!
