Can the live painting performance take place indoors?

Absolutely! Whether you are hosting a gala in downtown Szeged or a corporate outdoor festival, our artists are fully equipped with low-odour spray cans and protective floor coverings. We handle all the prep and clean-up, ensuring your venue stays pristine while the art takes centre stage. We can even work on mobile wooden walls or canvas setups that fit perfectly within your indoor floor plan without any mess.

How long does a live painting session usually last?

Timing is flexible! A standard live painting session in Szeged typically lasts between 2 and 4 hours, which usually aligns perfectly with the peak energy of most events. However, for larger murals or day-long festivals, we can provide multiple artists or extended sessions. We work with your event schedule to ensure the 'big reveal' of the finished piece happens exactly when you want it to.

Do we get to keep the artwork after the event?

You definitely can. Many of our Szeged clients choose to have the final artwork created on a large canvas or a series of panels. Once the paint is dry, the masterpiece is yours to keep! It makes for a fantastic permanent installation in your office lobby or a unique 'grand prize' for an event giveaway. We can even help arrange transport for the finished piece.

Do I need to pay a deposit in advance?

Not at all! One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no stress' booking policy. You don't have to pay anything upfront to secure your date in Szeged. We believe in the quality of our work and the fun of the experience, so you simply pay after the workshop or performance is completed. This gives you total peace of mind while planning your big event.

Is live painting safe for my guests?

Safety is our top priority. We provide professional-grade protective gear if guests want to get close to the action, and our artists use high-quality, non-toxic paints. We also ensure the workspace is clearly cordoned off to keep the 'splash zone' safe. Our Szeged team is experienced in managing crowds, so everyone can enjoy the creative process from a safe and comfortable distance.

Can guests participate in the painting?

That is entirely up to you! While live painting is primarily a performance, we love making it interactive. We can set up a 'guest participation' area where your attendees can add a few strokes or a tag under the guidance of our pros. It is a brilliant way to increase engagement and make your Szeged event truly memorable for everyone involved.

The experience

Why choose a live painting performance for your Szeged gathering? It’s more than just art—it’s an immersive experience that bridges the gap between the audience and the artist. Here’s why it works: 🔥

Dynamic entertainment: Unlike a static DJ or a standard speech, live painting is constantly evolving, keeping guests engaged throughout the night.
Customised for your brand: We can weave your company colours, logos, or event themes directly into the mural for a powerful marketing impact.
Instagrammable moments: It’s a natural magnet for photos and social media shares, giving your event instant digital reach. 📸
Versatile locations: From the halls of the University to trendy bars in the city centre, we can set up almost anywhere.
Professional & reliable: With years of experience across Europe, our artists handle everything from setup to 'the big reveal' with total professionalism.
Peace of mind: No upfront payments and a backup artist system mean your Szeged event is in the safest hands possible. 🏆

Step by step

Initial creative consultation: We start by chatting about your event goals, the vibe of your Szeged venue, and any specific themes or logos you want to see included.
Design mockup: Our artists create a digital sketch or concept board, giving you a sneak peek at what the final live-painted masterpiece will look like.
On-site setup: On the day, we arrive early to set up our mobile walls, canvases, and protective flooring, ensuring everything is ready before your first guest arrives.
The performance begins: As the music starts and the crowd gathers, our artist begins the outline, immediately drawing focus and sparking conversations.
Layering and detail: Throughout the event, guests watch the piece evolve from basic shapes into a vibrant, professional-grade mural with intricate details.
The grand reveal: We time the finishing touches for a peak moment in your schedule, providing a perfect backdrop for photos and speeches.
Optional guest Interaction: If you've chosen an interactive package, we invite guests to pick up a can and add their own flair under our expert supervision.
Clean-up and handover: We pack up our materials efficiently, leaving the area spotless and handing over the finished artwork for you to keep and display.

Local culture

Szegeds unique atmosphere—blending Mediterranean vibes with stunning Art Nouveau architecture—is the perfect backdrop for contemporary live painting. We take inspiration from the city's rich cultural life, from the famous Open-Air Festival to the bustling youth culture near the University of Szeged. Our artists love incorporating local motifs, whether it's the iconic Votive Church or the vibrant spirit of the Hungarian Great Plain, into their spray-paint spectacles.

🎨 Fun Fact: Szeged is known as the "City of Sunshine" because it gets the most sun in Hungary—which means the lighting for our outdoor live painting events is almost always absolutely perfect!
