What kind of events are best for live painting in Verona?

Live painting works best at corporate events, festivals, private parties, and brand launches. It acts as a visual anchor that keeps guests engaged and provides a fantastic photo opportunity. In Verona, we've seen it work wonders at everything from vineyard celebrations to modern tech product launches. It’s a versatile way to add a pulse of energy and creativity to any gathering, regardless of the industry.

Is it messy or smelly for indoor venues?

Not at all! We use professional low-odour spray paints and high-quality acrylic markers depending on the venue's ventilation. If you are hosting an indoor event near the Arena or in a historic hall, we can adapt our materials to ensure there is no mess and no strong smells. We provide all necessary floor protection and screening to keep the site pristine while the art comes to life.

How long does the live painting performance take?

A typical live painting performance lasts between 2 and 5 hours, though we can easily adjust this to fit your event schedule. If you have a multi-day festival or a short, high-impact brand activation, we can scale the complexity of the artwork accordingly. Our goal is to ensure the piece reaches its 'wow-factor' peak just when you need it most during your event.

Can we request a specific design or theme?

Absolutely! Before the spray cans even rattle, we’ll discuss your vision, brand colours, and any specific themes or logos you want included. While the artist brings their own unique flair to the execution, the core concept is entirely up to you. Whether it’s a tribute to Verona's history or a hyper-modern corporate message, we’ll make sure the final piece is perfectly on-brand.

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

Yes, the finished artwork is yours to keep! Many clients choose to display the canvas in their office, raffle it off to guests, or even auction it for charity. It serves as a lasting souvenir of the day. If you don't have space for a large canvas, we can discuss alternative options like smaller panels or even painting on objects like clothing or accessories.

What happens if my event is outdoors and it rains?

We are fully prepared for the Italian sunshine or sudden showers. For outdoor events in Verona, we usually require a covered area or a marquee to protect the artwork and the artist from the elements. If the weather looks particularly rough, we can discuss indoor alternatives or reschedule options early on. Safety and quality are always our priorities, so we plan ahead for every eventuality.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally, we like to be booked at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure the best artist for your style is available. Verona is a busy city for events, especially in the summer! However, thanks to our network of backup artists, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests. If you have a deadline fast approaching, give us a shout and we’ll do our absolute best to make it happen.

Local culture

Verona isn't just about ancient history and Shakespearean drama; it’s a city with a growing appetite for contemporary expression. While the Arena stands as a testament to the past, the local street art scene in areas like Veronetta is buzzing with modern energy. Our live painting performances bridge that gap, bringing a fresh, urban edge to a city famed for its classical beauty. We take inspiration from the warm terracotta tones of Verona's rooftops and the deep blues of the Adige river to create art that feels right at home in the heart of Veneto.

Fun fact: Did you know that Verona is often called "Urbs Picta" (the painted city)? Long before modern graffiti, the city's facades were covered in elaborate frescoes. We’re just continuing a centuries-old tradition with a modern, spray-painted twist! 🎨

Pricing

Every event in Verona is unique, and our pricing reflects the scale and ambition of your project. Our live painting services generally range from €25 to €55 per person (based on total event attendance or project scope).

Factors like canvas size, duration, and the complexity of the design influence the final investment. Because we believe in total transparency and tailored experiences, we don't do "one size fits all."
