Do I need to be an artist to join the workshop at the festival?

Absolutely! No prior painting experience is needed to enjoy our workshop. Our professional artists are there to guide you through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering basic lettering and shading. The festival environment is all about experimentation and having fun, so don't worry about being perfect—just focus on being creative and enjoying the music!

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need to create your masterpiece. This includes a wide variety of high-quality spray cans in vibrant colours, protective gloves, masks, and overalls to keep your festival outfit clean. We also provide the canvases or temporary walls for painting. Just bring your energy and perhaps some inspiration from the bands playing on stage!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for festival-goers?

Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality, low-odour spray paints and provide all necessary protective equipment, including FFP2 masks and gloves. Our instructors are professional artists who ensure that everyone follows safety protocols while painting. It is a completely safe and controlled environment designed for maximum fun without any risks to the participants or the public.

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

A standard festival session usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours, but we offer flexible formats. Some festivals prefer a 'drop-in' style where people can paint for 20 minutes, while others opt for full masterclasses. We can tailor the duration to fit your event's schedule perfectly, ensuring that the workshop complements the musical line-up without causing people to miss their favourite acts.

Do you offer graffiti workshops in other Czech cities?

Yes, we do! If you want to keep the creative energy going, we also host events in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, and Plzen. Whether it is a school trip, a bachelor party, or a corporate brand activation, we can bring the Graffitifun experience to almost any city in the Czech Republic. Just let us know where you are planning your next big event.

Can we take our graffiti artwork home after the festival?

We offer several options: participants can paint on a massive collective 'festival wall' that stays on display, or we can provide individual canvases or tote bags that guests can take home as a unique souvenir of their time in Liberec. Some festivals even use the finished boards as part of the event decor for the final night!

How far in advance should we book for a music festival?

It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for the busy summer festival season in North Bohemia! We recommend getting in touch at least 4-8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates and ensure we have enough artists available. However, we do have a backup artist system, so feel free to check for last-minute availability.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your Liberec festival? It’s more than just paint on a wall; it’s an immersive experience that builds community and creates lasting memories. Here’s why it works: ✨

Interactive Fan Engagement: Give your audience a break from the mosh pit and let them express their own inner artist.
Massive Social Media Appeal: Graffiti is inherently 'Instagrammable.' Watch your festival’s hashtag trend as people share their colourful creations.
Authentic Urban Vibe: Perfectly complements the energy of live music, especially hip-hop, electronic, and alternative genres.
Something for Everyone: From kids to seasoned festival veterans, everyone loves the tactile thrill of a spray can.
Memorable Souvenirs: Participants can create artwork that stays at the festival or items they can carry home.
Professional Peace of Mind: We handle everything from setup to cleanup, so you can focus on the music.

Step by step

Initial consultation: We chat about your festival's vibe, the expected crowd size in Liberec, and where our creative zone fits best.
Custom setup design: We design a bespoke layout, whether it's a giant mural wall or individual stations for festival-goers.
Professional kit arrival: Our team arrives on-site with all the gear: premium paint, masks, gloves, and protective flooring.
Artist demonstration: Our pro graffiti artists kick things off with a high-energy demo to get the crowd hyped and inspired.
Hands-on guidance: Fans grab a can! We teach them everything from 'fat cap' flares to clean 'skinny' outlines.
The creative flow: Participants contribute to a massive collective artwork or create their own personal piece while the music plays.
The finishing touches: Our artists help refine the details, ensuring the final result looks world-class and Instagram-ready.
Photo op & wrap-up: We capture the finished work with the festival backdrop, and then we take care of all the clean-up!

Local culture

Liberec isn't just about the stunning Jizera Mountains or the iconic Ještěd—it's a city with a hidden, edgy urban heart. From the industrial vibes near the city centre to the vibrant student life, Liberec provides the perfect gritty-yet-beautiful backdrop for street art. The city’s history of textile manufacturing gives it a unique 'workshop' feel that resonates perfectly with the DIY ethos of graffiti culture.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Liberec is home to one of the most unique architectural landmarks in the world? The Ještěd Tower looks like something out of a sci-fi movie, and it’s a massive source of inspiration for local artists who often incorporate its sleek, futuristic silhouette into their pieces! 🚀
