Do we need any previous art experience to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely! Most of our team building participants in Liberec have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, teaching you how to control the nozzle, create clean lines, and layer colours. We provide a safe, supportive environment where 'mistakes' often turn into the coolest parts of the mural. It is all about discovery and having a laugh together while learning a new skill.

Is the paint safe and what protective gear do you provide?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective suits, and gloves to keep everyone clean and safe. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint, and we prefer to work in well-ventilated or outdoor spaces. Our instructors give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone shakes a can, ensuring your team has a blast without any worries about health or ruined clothes.

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

A standard team building session in Liberec usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final collaborative mural project. If you have a specific schedule to stick to, we can trim it down to a 1.5-hour 'express' session or expand it into a full-day creative retreat. We are flexible to fit your corporate itinerary.

Where in Liberec does the workshop take place?

We can come to you! Whether it is your office car park, a hired event space, or a cool outdoor spot near the Jizera Mountains, we bring the mobile graffiti walls to your location. If you don't have a venue, let us know—we have several partner locations around Liberec and the North Bohemia region where we can host your group comfortably and legally.

What happens to the graffiti art once the session is finished?

The best part is that you get to keep the artwork! We usually paint on large canvases or flexible wooden panels. After the workshop, these can be transported back to your office in Liberec to be displayed in the lobby, breakroom, or boardroom. It serves as a permanent, colourful reminder of your team's collaboration and the 'wow' factor you achieved together.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We recommend a minimum of 10 people for the best team-building dynamic, but we can accommodate groups of up to 200+. For very large groups, we rotate participants or create a massive 'mural relay'. Because we have a large pool of backup artists, we can scale the number of instructors to ensure every single person gets hands-on coaching and attention.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next corporate event in Liberec? It’s simple: it levels the playing field. In front of a blank wall, there's no hierarchy—just a group of people working toward a shared vision. Here is why it works:

Boosts Communication: You can't paint a giant mural alone; you have to talk, plan, and sync up with your colleagues. 🤝
Unlocks Innovation: Using a spray can forces you to think outside the box and embrace a completely different creative medium.
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a paint can and seeing bright colours come to life. 🌈
Tangible Results: Unlike a seminar, you end the day with a physical masterpiece you can hang in your office.
Zero Risk, High Reward: With our backup artist guarantee and professional equipment, we ensure a smooth, fail-proof experience every time.

Step by step

The Briefing: We kick things off with a high-energy intro, showing you some world-class street art inspiration and explaining the plan.
Safety First: Everyone gets kitted out in protective suits, masks, and gloves. We show you how to use the gear properly so you stay clean.
First Lines: You'll grab a can and head to the practice wall. Our artists teach you 'can control'—how to create dots, thin lines, and fat flares.
Concept Design: Your team brainstorms a theme. This could be your company values, a new project goal, or just a wild Liberec-inspired mural.
The Outline: Our pros help you sketch the blueprint of your masterpiece onto the main canvases using light 'ghost' lines.
The Fill-in: This is the fun part! The whole team works together to fill the piece with vibrant colours and bold gradients.
Cutting and Details: We teach you how to 'cut' edges for a professional look and add those final highlights that make the art pop.
The Big Reveal: We step back, ditch the masks, and admire the collective work. It’s the perfect time for a team photo in front of your new mural!
Wrap Up: We pack up the gear, and you decide where in the office your new masterpiece is going to hang.

Local culture

Liberec isn't just about the iconic Ještěd Tower; it's a city with a growing appreciation for urban culture and creative expression. While the city's architecture leans towards stunning neo-Renaissance styles, there's a hidden pulse of modern street art beginning to throb in the industrial corners of the Liberecký kraj. Our workshops tap into this energy, providing a legal and professional outlet for your team to experience the grit and glamour of the graffiti world.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the word 'graffiti' comes from the Italian word 'graffiato' (scratched)? While Liberec is famous for its textiles and glass history, we’re here to add 'collaborative street art' to the list of the city's local legends! 🏔️
