Do we need any previous artistic experience or talent?

Absolutely not! Our Hradec Kralove team building is designed for everyone, from stick-figure enthusiasts to secret Dalis. Our professional artists guide you through basic strokes, shading, and lettering techniques. You will be surprised at how quickly you can create a masterpiece when you have the right tools and a bit of expert encouragement. The focus is on teamwork, laughter, and trying something completely out of your comfort zone.

Is the spray paint safe and what about our clothes?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 respiratory masks, disposable protective suits, and gloves to keep your work clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint, and our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can. We typically host these sessions outdoors or in well-ventilated spaces in Hradec Kralove to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all participants.

What happens if it rains on the day of our workshop?

Hradec Kralove weather can be unpredictable, but we have you covered. We always look for locations with shelter or indoor options. If the weather is truly miserable, we can often relocate to a suitable indoor hall or reschedule. We also offer 'office-friendly' workshops using water-based paint markers or canvas-based sessions if an outdoor event isn't feasible. We'll always communicate with you to ensure the event goes ahead smoothly.

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

A standard team building session usually lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final 'main event' where you create your group mural. If you have a tighter schedule or want a more in-depth masterclass, we can easily adjust the duration to fit your company's itinerary. We are flexible and can work around your other planned activities in the city.

Can we keep the artwork we create for our office?

One of the best parts of our Hradec Kralove workshops is that you get to keep what you create! If you work on individual canvases, employees can take them home. If you create a giant collective mural on a wooden panel, we can help arrange for it to be transported to your office. It makes for a fantastic, vibrant reminder of your team's creativity and looks much better than a generic corporate poster!

What is the maximum group size for a workshop in Hradec Kralove?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size. Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of 100+, we scale our artist team and materials accordingly. For very large groups, we often split the participants into smaller 'crews' that work on different sections of a massive mural, ensuring everyone is active and involved throughout the entire session. No one gets left on the sidelines!

How do we book and do we need to pay in advance?

Booking is simple! You can use our online Cost Calculator for an instant estimate or reach out via our contact form. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied. Once we agree on a date and location in Hradec Kralove, we handle the rest, from logistics and materials to providing the best local street artists for your team.

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next team building event in Hradec Kralove? Because nothing breaks down corporate silos like a shared mural and a bit of paint! 🚀

Unleash hidden creativity: Watch your quietest accountant turn into the next Banksy. Graffiti levels the playing field!
Real-time collaboration: You can't paint a 10-metre wall alone. This activity forces teams to communicate and sync up. 🤝
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a spray can and the physical movement of painting.
Physical memento: Unlike a trust-fall, you actually have a piece of art to hang in your lobby afterwards. 🏆
Expert guidance: Our Hradec Kralove artists are mentors, not just instructors. They ensure everyone feels confident and capable.
Zero risk: With our 'pay after' policy and backup artist guarantee, your event is in safe hands.

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where you meet your local Hradec Kralove street artist and learn about the history of the craft. ✨
Safety first: Get suited up in your protective gear. We provide masks, gloves, and suits so your professional attire stays pristine.
Sketching your vision: Brainstorm with your team. Will you paint your company logo, a shared goal, or something totally abstract? We help you sketch the layout.
Can control 101: Learn the basics. From 'fat caps' to 'skinny caps,' we show you how to control the pressure and create clean lines. 🎨
Practice run: Everyone gets a chance to spray on a practice wall to get a feel for the paint and find their flow.
Filling in the blanks: Start the main mural! This is where the teamwork kicks in as you coordinate colours and sections with your colleagues.
The finishing touches: Our artists show you how to add highlights, 'cut-backs', and outlines to make your work look professional.
The grand reveal: Step back and admire your collective masterpiece. It’s the perfect time for a team photo! 📸
Tidy up and take-away: We handle the cleanup, and you head off to your next team activity with a massive sense of achievement.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Hradec Kralove is a city that prides itself on design and structure, famously shaped by architects like Josef Gočár. But even in this perfectly planned city, there is room for raw, urban expression! The local street art scene here is growing, adding a modern layer to the historic streets along the Labe and Orlice rivers. 🌊

Fun fact: Hradec Kralove is often called the "Salon of the Republic" because of its beautiful urban planning, but did you know it’s also home to some of the most creative hidden 'legal walls' in eastern Bohemia? It's the perfect backdrop for a team looking to build something new from the ground up! 🏗️

Beyond our workshop, you're just a stone's throw from the White Tower or the buzzing cafes of Velké Náměstí. We love bringing our workshops to this city because the mix of academic energy from the University and the historic atmosphere makes every creative session feel special. We can even suggest the best local spots for a post-workshop beer to celebrate your new skills! 🍻
