Is the graffiti workshop safe for festival attendees?

Absolutely! At festivals in Hradec Kralove, safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits for all participants. Our professional artists supervise every spray, ensuring that the fun stays controlled and safe. We also use low-odour paints where possible to keep the festival environment pleasant for everyone nearby. Your guests are in safe hands while they unleash their inner rebel!

What kind of space do you need at the festival grounds?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you have a small niche gathering near the Elbe or a massive music festival like Rock for People, we can scale our setup. We can bring mobile graffiti walls, provide individual canvases, or even facilitate a large-scale community mural. Just let us know your expected footfall and the space available, and we will design a setup that keeps the crowds engaged without causing bottlenecks.

What happens if it rains during the event?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no rain-out' policy. While we love the sun, we can easily move our setup under festival tents or marquees. If the weather in Hradec Kralove takes a turn, the creativity doesn't have to stop. We coordinate closely with event organisers to ensure we have a dry spot so the spray art can continue rain or shine.

Do participants get to keep their artwork?

Yes, they do! Depending on the format you choose, guests can either take home their individual spray-painted canvases or even pieces of a larger collaborative work. It serves as a unique, handmade souvenir from the festival that is much cooler than a standard t-shirt. It’s a physical memory of the time they spent getting creative at your event in Hradec Kralove.

Do people need prior artistic experience to join in?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone from total beginners to seasoned dabblers. Our professional artists lead the way with easy-to-follow demonstrations. We show people how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create cool effects like fades and drips. Within minutes, even the most 'un-artistic' festival-goer will be surprised by what they can create on the wall.

How far in advance should we book for a festival?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for the busy summer festival season in the Czech Republic. Hradec Kralove is a hub for events, and our calendar fills up fast! However, thanks to our large team of backup artists, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Ideally, aim for 4-8 weeks in advance to ensure we have all your preferred materials and custom stencils ready.

Local culture

Hradec Kralove is famous for its "Salonk Republiky" (Salon of the Republic) architecture, but there's a growing appetite for modern urban culture here too. From the legendary atmosphere of Rock for People at the nearby airport to the jazz festivals in the historic squares, this city knows how to throw a party. We love bringing our spray cans to the banks of the Elbe and Orlice rivers, adding a contemporary edge to the city's refined heritage.

Fun Fact: Hradec Kralove is home to one of the most famous piano manufacturers in the world, Petrof. While pianos are classic, our graffiti workshops prove that Hradec is just as good at making some visual noise!
