Do I need any prior art experience to participate?

Not at all! Our Valmiera networking events are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide you through every spray, ensuring you feel confident with the can. The focus is on the shared experience and sparking creative conversations, so don't worry about your technical skill level—just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind!

What should I wear to a creative networking event?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little 'colourful.' While we provide high-quality protective gear including overalls, shoe covers, and gloves, graffiti can sometimes be a bit unpredictable. It’s best to leave your expensive designer suits at home and opt for something casual so you can relax and focus on the networking.

Can the event be hosted at our specific office or venue?

Absolutely! We can bring the creative energy to your chosen venue in Valmiera, or we can suggest one of our vetted local spots. Whether you want to host it at your office, a local gallery, or an outdoor space near the Gauja River, we’ll handle the setup and logistics to ensure a safe and inspiring environment for your team.

How long does a typical networking workshop last?

Standard creative networking sessions typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for the initial icebreakers, a crash course in spray painting techniques, the collaborative creation phase, and finally, time to admire the work while finishing those important business conversations. We can also customise the duration to fit into a larger event schedule.

What materials are included in the package?

We provide everything you need to create a masterpiece. This includes a wide range of professional spray cans in various colours, caps for different line widths, protective suits, gloves, and masks. We also provide the canvases or boards where the art will happen. You just need to show up with your team and your business cards!

Is the spray paint safe to use indoors?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odour, high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary PPE, including professional-grade masks and gloves. Our artists are highly experienced in managing groups and ensuring that the work area is well-ventilated and safe for everyone involved. We follow strict safety protocols so you can focus entirely on the fun.

Why choose graffiti for a business networking event?

A creative networking event is the ultimate icebreaker. Unlike stiff mixers, graffiti levels the playing field and encourages genuine collaboration. In Valmiera’s growing business scene, standing out is key. This activity breaks down corporate barriers, fosters real connections through shared problem-solving, and leaves your guests with a memorable story to tell long after the event ends.

Local culture

Valmiera isn't just a hub for industry and education; it’s a city with a soul that runs as deep as the Gauja River. While known for its historic charm and the famous Valmiera Theatre, there is a growing appreciation for contemporary expression and urban culture in the city's modern quarters. Our events tap into this "Valmiera Spirit"—combining the city's hardworking ethos with a fresh, creative edge. We often see local professionals drawing inspiration from the surrounding nature or the city's industrial heritage when they pick up a spray can. 🎨

Fun Fact: Valmiera is one of the oldest cities in Latvia, but it’s becoming a leader in "green" and sustainable business—making it the perfect backdrop for a fresh, colourful, and forward-thinking networking concept!
