Do I need prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Daugavpils networking events are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns, regardless of artistic ability. Our professional graffiti artists will guide you through every step, from holding the spray can to master shading techniques. It is more about the shared experience, team bonding, and creative expression than creating a museum masterpiece—though you might surprise yourself with what you can achieve!

What should I wear? Will I get paint on my clothes?

We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality overalls, gloves, and shoe covers to keep your professional attire pristine. While our spray paint dries quickly, we always recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes you wouldn't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We take safety and cleanliness very seriously so you can focus entirely on making connections and having fun.

How long does the networking event typically last?

A standard creative networking session in Daugavpils typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an initial icebreaker, a crash course in graffiti techniques, the collaborative painting phase, and plenty of unstructured time for networking and photos. We can easily adjust the duration to fit your specific event schedule or conference timeline.

Is the spray paint safe to use indoors?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and provide all participants with FFP2-rated masks if we are working in less ventilated areas. Our instructors are trained to manage groups safely, ensuring a secure environment for everyone involved. In Daugavpils, we select venues that offer ample ventilation or outdoor spaces to ensure a comfortable and safe experience.

Where in Daugavpils do the workshops take place?

We can host these events at various locations across Daugavpils, including local creative hubs, hotel conference rooms, or even outdoor parks during the summer. If you have a specific venue in mind, we can bring the mobile graffiti wall to you! We also have partnerships with several cool industrial spaces in the city that provide the perfect 'street' backdrop for your event.

How does a graffiti workshop improve networking?

Communication is key! Unlike traditional networking where people stick to their own circles, graffiti requires collaboration. You’ll have to discuss colours, styles, and layouts with your peers. This shared 'mission' naturally breaks down social barriers and hierarchies, leading to more authentic conversations and lasting professional relationships. It is the ultimate icebreaker for the Daugavpils business community.

What is the maximum group size for a Daugavpils event?

We are incredibly flexible with group sizes. Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporation hosting a conference for 150+ people in Daugavpils, we have the staff and equipment to accommodate you. For larger groups, we simply scale up the number of artists and graffiti walls to ensure everyone gets a hands-on experience and plenty of networking time.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Daugavpils is a city where history meets high-end art. From the imposing 19th-century fortress to the world-renowned Mark Rothko Art Centre, the city has always been a hub for creative thinkers. By bringing a graffiti networking event here, we are tapping into that local 'spirit of the artist'—but with a modern, urban edge. 🏰

Fun Fact: Daugavpils is the second-largest city in Latvia and is unique for its "brick architecture," but it’s actually the birthplace of Mark Rothko, one of the most famous abstract painters in history. We like to think our graffiti workshops are just a slightly more caffeinated version of his colour-field masterpieces! 🎨

Our events often take place near the Daugava river or in repurposed industrial spaces that echo the city's hardworking heritage, providing an inspiring backdrop for your next big business connection.

Pricing

Our networking packages are designed to be as flexible as your business needs. Whether you want a quick icebreaker or an all-afternoon creative deep dive, we have a setup for you.

Premium mural experience: Up to €38 per person

Prices vary based on the number of participants, venue requirements, and custom branding options (like custom stencils of your company logo).
