How long does a typical charity graffiti workshop last?

Most charity graffiti events in Daugavpils last between 2 and 3 hours. This provides enough time for a professional demonstration, some practice on our 'test walls', and the creation of the final artwork. If you’re hosting a larger fundraiser with multiple groups, we can rotate participants in shorter 45-minute slots to keep the energy high and the donations flowing!

Is the spray painting activity safe for everyone?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective overalls for every participant. Our water-based spray paints are low-odour and selected for ease of use. Our professional artists supervise the entire session to ensure everyone follows safety protocols while having the time of their lives making art for a good cause.

Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

You don't need a single ounce of artistic talent to join in! Our Daugavpils street artists are experts at guiding beginners. We use stencils, tape techniques, and easy-to-follow demonstrations so that even people who have never held a spray can before can produce something they are proud of. It’s all about the community spirit and the cause!

Where in Daugavpils can we host the fundraiser?

We are totally flexible. We can work in vibrant outdoor spaces like the Daugavpils Fortress area or set up mobile walls at your chosen indoor venue. If you don't have a location, just let us know. We have a network of partner spots across the city and can help find the perfect 'legal' wall or temporary setup for your specific charity event.

What materials are included in the booking?

We handle everything from start to finish! Graffitifun provides all the professional spray cans (in a huge range of colours), protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), painting surfaces (canvases or mobile wooden walls), and even gazebos if it looks like rain. You just need to bring the participants and the passion for your charitable cause; we bring the rest.

How can this event help us raise more money?

Graffiti is a brilliant tool for fundraising! You can auction off the final canvases created during the day, sell 'slots' on a large community mural, or even have our artists create a bespoke piece live that is raffled off. It's a high-impact, visual way to draw a crowd and encourage spectators to open their wallets for your charity.

What are your payment terms and reliability guarantees?

We know that planning a charity event involves many moving parts. At Graffitifun, we don't require upfront payments. You can book your date with confidence and pay after the workshop is complete. We also have backup artists on standby for every Daugavpils booking, ensuring your fundraiser goes ahead no matter what. Total peace of mind for your team!

Can we combine the workshop with other event activities?

While we focus on the artistic side, we love collaborating! If you have local musicians, food stalls, or guest speakers lined up for your Daugavpils charity drive, we can integrate the graffiti workshop as the central 'spectacle' or a creative breakout zone. Just tell us your schedule, and we will tailor our timing to fit your programme perfectly.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Daugavpils is a city where history and modernity collide, from the stunning Daugavpils Fortress to the world-renowned Mark Rothko Art Centre. This rich artistic heritage makes it the perfect backdrop for a graffiti fundraiser. Locals here appreciate the power of visual expression, and bringing street art into the charitable sphere taps into that Daugavpils spirit of resilience and creativity.

Fun Fact: Did you know Daugavpils is the birthplace of Mark Rothko? While he is famous for his abstract expressionist canvases, we like to think the city's modern street artists are the spiritual successors to his love of bold, evocative colour! 🎨

We love working in Daugavpils because the community is so welcoming and ready to participate in something new. Whether we are setting up near the Daugava river or in a local school hall, the energy is always electric.
