Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks to ensure everyone stays clean and breathes easy. Our professional artists lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use low-odour, professional-grade paints, making our charity workshops in Rezekne a safe and enjoyable environment for participants of all ages and backgrounds.

Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our expert artists will guide your guests through the basic techniques, from 'can control' to creating clean lines and fades. Most people are amazed at what they can create in just a couple of hours. It’s a great way to encourage people to try something new while supporting a local Rezekne cause.

Where in Rezekne can the charity event take place?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the event at a location of your choice in Rezekne—whether that's a community centre, a school playground, or an indoor hall—as long as there is adequate ventilation. If you don't have a venue, we can help source a suitable creative space. We bring all the necessary mobile walls and protective floor coverings to keep the site pristine.

What happens to the artwork created during the fundraiser?

The final masterpiece is yours to keep! For charity events, many organisations choose to auction off the completed canvases or the large-scale mural panels to raise additional funds. Alternatively, the artwork can be donated to a local Rezekne hospital, school, or community centre as a lasting legacy of the event. It’s a wonderful way to brighten up the city.

What is the ideal group size for a charity fundraiser?

While we can accommodate groups of almost any size, for the best interactive experience, we suggest a minimum of 10 people. For very large charity festivals in Latvia, we use a 'walk-in' rotation style where hundreds of people can contribute to a massive communal wall throughout the day. Tell us your expected numbers, and we will tailor the setup to fit!

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

Rain doesn't have to stop the fun! We always recommend having an indoor backup location or a marquee sorted for outdoor events. If the weather looks truly dire, our flexible booking policy and backup artists mean we can often reschedule or move the setup under cover quickly. We are used to the Latvian climate and always come prepared with a Plan B.

Design conceptualisation: Our artists create a sketch that incorporates your charity’s branding, mission, or a specific local Rezekne theme.
Site preparation: On the event day, we arrive early to set up mobile graffiti walls, floor protection, and all the necessary gear.
Safety and technique briefing: We kick off with a high-energy intro, teaching your supporters how to use the spray cans safely and effectively.
The creative process: Participants take to the walls! Under our guidance, everyone contributes their spray-painted section to the larger masterpiece.
Detailing and finishing: Our professional artists add the 'pro touch'—sharpening outlines and adding highlights to make the mural pop.
Photos and reveal: We document the process and take group photos with the final artwork for your social media and press releases.

Local culture

Rezekne is a city where tradition meets modern innovation, from the ancient castle ruins to the ultra-modern Latgale Embassy GORS. Our graffiti workshops tap into this creative spirit, offering a contemporary way to celebrate local Latgalian culture. We love incorporating local symbols—like the traditional pottery patterns or the legendary Rose of Rezekne—into our charity murals, blending street art with regional heritage. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Rezekne is often called the city of seven hills? Just like Rome, its undulating landscape provides the perfect backdrop for vibrant, public art projects that inspire the local community!

In a city that values both its history and its future, a street art fundraiser stands out as a bold statement of progress. We've seen how the power of colour can revitalise local spaces and bring people from all walks of life together in the spirit of giving. ✨
