How long does a typical secondary school graffiti workshop last?

For secondary school groups in Rezekne, we suggest sessions lasting between 2 and 2.5 hours. This allows enough time for a solid safety briefing, technique practice on practice walls, and the completion of a final masterpiece. We can adjust the duration based on your school's timetable, making sure every student leaves with a finished piece they are proud of and a new set of creative skills.

Is the spray paint safe for students to use?

Yes, safety is our number one priority! We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks to filter out fumes, as well as gloves and protective suits to keep school uniforms clean. Our professional artists are trained in workshop safety and supervise the students at all times. We also use low-pressure spray cans which are much easier and safer for beginners to handle during their first street art experience.

Do students need prior artistic experience or drawing skills?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, from those who can't draw a stick figure to budding young artists. Our instructors break down the process into simple, manageable steps. We focus on the 'fun' element of creativity, ensuring every student feels confident and supported. It’s about expressing individual style rather than following strict rules, which is why students find it so liberating.

Can we choose a specific theme for our school mural?

Absolutely! We can tailor the theme of the workshop to align with your current curriculum. Whether you want to explore Latvian history, focus on environmental sustainability, or create a mural centered around school values like 'Respect' and 'Teamwork', our artists can guide the students in bringing those concepts to life through vibrant street art. It's a fantastic way to make 'boring' topics feel exciting and modern.

Where in Rezekne do the workshops take place?

We are very flexible with locations! We can host the workshop directly on your school grounds in Rezekne—either against a suitable wall (with permission) or on large mobile wooden panels we bring with us. If you'd prefer an off-site experience, we can arrange a visit to a local legal graffiti spot. We handle all the logistics and setup, so you don't have to worry about the 'where'.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything needed for a successful session. This includes all spray cans in a wide variety of colours, caps (nozzles), protective gear, and the painting surface (canvases or boards). We also bring sketches and inspiration materials. All your school needs to provide is an outdoor or well-ventilated space and plenty of energy. We even take care of the cleanup afterwards, leaving your site as tidy as we found it.

How does the payment process work for schools?

We understand how school budgets and planning work, so we’ve made our booking process as stress-free as possible. You don't need to pay anything upfront. Once the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied with the results, we’ll handle the payment. This allows you to book with total confidence. If something unexpected happens, our backup artist system ensures your event will go ahead as planned without a hitch.

Professional Mentorship: Learn directly from active graffiti artists who share their passion and professional secrets.

Step by step

Introduction & Safety Briefing: We start with a high-energy intro, explaining the history of street art and how to use the equipment safely.
Design Brainstorming: Students work together to sketch ideas, choosing colours and themes that represent their group or school identity.
The 'Nozzle' Masterclass: Our pro artists demonstrate different spray techniques—from thin lines to fat flares—and how to control pressure.
Practice Makes Perfect: Everyone gets their own space to practice basic strokes and 'tagging' before moving on to the main event.
Outline & Fill: Students begin applying their designs to the main surface, learning how to fill large areas efficiently and evenly.
Adding the 'Pop': We teach the secrets of highlights, 3D shadows, and 'second outlines' to make the artwork really jump off the wall.
Final Details: Using specialized caps, students add the fine details and crisp edges that give graffiti its professional look.
The Big Reveal & Group Photo: We step back to admire the collective mural, take photos, and celebrate the incredible work the students have achieved.
