Do we need prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our leadership workshops are designed for everyone, regardless of artistic talent. Our professional artists guide your team through the basics of spray painting, ensuring everyone feels comfortable. The goal isn't to create a museum masterpiece but to use the medium of graffiti to explore leadership dynamics, communication, and creative problem-solving in a relaxed, supportive environment. You'll be surprised at what your team can achieve!

How long does a typical workshop last?

A typical leadership graffiti session in Rezekne lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows for an introduction to street art history, safety briefings, technique practice, and the main collaborative project where leadership themes are put into action. If you have specific scheduling needs, we can adapt the duration to fit your corporate itinerary or team-building day perfectly.

What safety measures and gear do you provide?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality FFP3 masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control and work in well-ventilated areas. Our professional artists supervise the entire process to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and mess-free experience for every member of your leadership team.

Can the workshop be held at our own office location?

We are highly flexible! We can host the workshop at one of our partner creative spaces in Rezekne, or we can bring the entire setup to your office or a venue of your choice. We use mobile graffiti walls and protective floor coverings to ensure we leave the location exactly as we found it—except perhaps with a beautiful new canvas for your office wall!

How does graffiti actually bridge the gap to leadership skills?

While traditional graffiti is often individualistic, our leadership training is built around collaboration. We structure the session so that teams must communicate, delegate tasks, and align on a shared vision to complete a large-scale mural. It forces 'Type A' personalities to listen and encourages quiet thinkers to lead specific segments, providing a physical metaphor for workplace synergy.

What happens if we need to cancel or change the date?

We understand that corporate plans can change. That’s why we don't require upfront payments; you pay after the workshop is successfully completed. We also have a pool of backup artists available to ensure that even in the case of an emergency, your event will proceed as planned. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are guaranteed.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your leadership development in Rezekne? Because the can doesn't lie! It's an immediate, tactile way to see how your team functions under pressure. Here’s why it works:

Break down hierarchies: Everyone starts with a blank canvas, encouraging a level playing field where the best ideas win. 🏆
Boost creative risk-taking: Street art requires boldness. We help your leaders overcome the fear of making "mistakes."
Visualise your goals: Literally paint your company's future together, creating a powerful visual anchor for your team's mission.
Enhanced communication: You can't paint a 10-metre mural without talking! This session highlights and fixes communication bottlenecks. 🔥
High-energy engagement: Forget the afternoon slump; the adrenaline of using spray cans keeps everyone sharp and focused.
Professional guidance: Our artists aren't just painters; they are facilitators who know how to draw out leadership lessons from the art.

Step by step

The briefing: We kick things off with a high-energy intro to street art culture and how it parallels modern, agile leadership.
Concept development: Your team brainstorms a 'crew' vision. What does your leadership style look like in colours and shapes?
Technique masterclass: Our pro artists teach you the basics—from can control and 'fading' to creating sharp outlines.
The sketch phase: Before hitting the big wall, leaders must delegate roles and sketch out the collaborative masterpiece.
Layering the vision: Teams start applying paint, learning to adapt as the artwork evolves—just like a shifting market.
The 'Flow' challenge: We introduce a creative pivot mid-way to see how the leaders handle unexpected changes and pressure.
Final touches: Details, highlights, and 'tags' are added to bring the professional-grade mural to life.
Debrief and reflection: We wrap up by discussing the group dynamics and how the lessons learned at the wall apply to your office in Rezekne.
