Do we need previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Ventspils graffiti leadership training is designed for everyone, regardless of their artistic background. Our professional artists will teach you the basic techniques, from 'can control' to 'fading', before the team-building exercises begin. The focus is on communication, strategy, and leadership within a creative framework, so your stick figures are just as welcome as a masterpiece!

How long does the leadership workshop typically last?

A standard leadership session in Ventspils usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes a safety briefing, a crash course in spray painting techniques, the collaborative design phase, and the final execution of your team project. We can also customise the duration if you have a tighter schedule or want a more intensive deep-dive into specific leadership modules.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need to become a street art leader! This includes high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the canvases or temporary walls for the session. Just bring your team, some comfortable shoes, and an open mind ready for a creative challenge.

What is the ideal group size for this training?

The beauty of the Ventspils workshop is its flexibility. We can host small executive teams of 5-10 people or larger departmental groups of up to 50+. For very large corporate events, we bring in extra artists to ensure every participant receives personal coaching and every sub-team stays focused on their leadership objectives. It’s all about maintaining a high-quality, interactive experience.

Is the spray paint safe to use during the session?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and provide all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including high-filtration masks. The workshops are ideally held in well-ventilated outdoor areas or large, airy indoor industrial spaces. Our artists are seasoned pros who supervise the entire process to ensure a fun, accident-free creative environment for your team.

What happens if we need to cancel or change our booking?

We understand that corporate schedules change. One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no prepayment' policy – you can settle the bill after the workshop is complete. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we just ask for reasonable notice. We even have backup artists on standby to ensure your Ventspils event goes ahead no matter what!

Can we keep the artwork we create together?

While we can't let you paint on public Ventspils heritage sites, we provide professional canvases or mobile graffiti walls. The best part? Your team gets to keep the final artwork! Many companies choose to display their collaborative graffiti piece in their office as a permanent reminder of the leadership lessons learned and the shared vision created during the workshop.

The experience

Why choose a spray can over a notepad for your next Ventspils leadership retreat? Because traditional training often forgets the most important element: raw, unscripted human connection. Our graffiti workshops break down barriers and reveal the true leaders within your group through high-energy, visual problem-solving. 🔥

Visualise vision: Translate abstract company goals into a tangible, giant mural that everyone owns.
Agile management: Learn to pivot and adapt when the 'paint runs'—just like in the fast-paced business world.
Break the hierarchy: See who steps up when everyone starts from the same 'blank canvas' starting point.
High-stakes communication: Perfect the art of giving clear instructions in a loud, busy, and creative environment. 🎤
Boosted morale: There is no bonding experience quite like creating something massive and colourful together.
Risk-free environment: Our 'no prepayment' policy means you can book with total peace of mind.

Step by step

Initial consultation: We chat about your specific leadership goals and team dynamics in Ventspils.
Design the brief: Our artists help you choose a theme or 'mission' that aligns with your corporate values.
Technique crash course: Your team learns the fundamental 'can control' skills to build confidence.
Role assignment: We designate 'lead artists' and 'support crews' to mimic real-world workplace hierarchies.
Collaborative sketching: The team works together to map out a large-scale vision on the canvas.
The execution phase: This is where the magic happens! The team paints the mural while navigating challenges.
The 'Pivot' challenge: Mid-way through, we introduce a change in the brief to test leadership adaptability.
Final debrief: We review the artwork and discuss how the teamwork dynamics translate to the office.
Legacy building: Take your masterpiece back to your Ventspils HQ to inspire your staff daily.

Local culture

Ventspils is a city that prides itself on being 'orderly yet creative,' making it the perfect laboratory for leadership development. While the city is famous for its perfectly manicured flower sculptures and the iconic Cow Parade statues, there is an underlying current of industrial innovation and maritime grit that aligns perfectly with the spirit of graffiti. We often host our sessions near the harbour or in the city's modern industrial zones, where the contrast between old-world Latvia and futurist ambition is palpable.

Fun Fact: Ventspils is home to over 20 colourful cow sculptures, but did you know that the city once had its own currency, the 'Ventspils vents'? Much like a successful graffiti piece, the city has always dared to be different! 🐄✨

By bringing your team here, you're tapping into a local culture that values bold moves and meticulously planned growth—traits every great leader needs. Whether we are inspired by the wind of the Baltic Sea or the vibrant colours of the Ostas iela promenade, the Ventspils atmosphere provides the ultimate canvas for your professional evolution.

Pricing
