Is it safe and messy for a corporate team?

While our workshops are high-energy and exciting, we take safety seriously. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. Our professional artists lead with a 'safety-first' mindset, ensuring that the only thing getting wild is your team's creativity. It is a controlled environment where your team can let go of their inhibitions safely.

Do we need to be talented at drawing?

No prior art skills are needed! Our Ventspils graffiti workshops are designed for everyone, from the office's secret sketches to those who haven't held a pen in years. Our artists guide you through basic techniques like 'filling' and 'outlining' so that even the most unsure team member feels like a pro by the end of the session. It's about teamwork, not a solo masterpiece.

Where in Ventspils does the workshop take place?

We are very flexible! We can host the session at an outdoor legal graffiti wall in Ventspils for an authentic street vibe, or we can bring the workshop to your company premises using mobile canvases and low-odour professional spray paint. If you have a specific venue in mind near the Ventspils lighthouse or port area, let us know and we will handle the setup.

Can we incorporate our company values into the art?

Absolutely! Our team development sessions are designed to be results-oriented. We can focus the workshop on creating a large-scale mural that represents your company's core values, a new project launch, or your corporate mission. It’s a powerful way to make your team’s vision tangible and visible. Your team will literally see their collective goals taking shape on the wall.

How long does a typical session last?

Typical team development sessions last between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of street art, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the final collaborative group mural. We find this is the 'sweet spot' for keeping energy levels high without causing 'creative fatigue.' We can, however, adjust the duration to fit your specific event schedule.

What is your payment policy for corporate bookings?

We believe in our service so much that we offer a 'no upfront payment' policy. You can book your Ventspils event today to secure the date, and the payment is only settled after the workshop is completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any funds leave your account. It’s our 'Fun Guaranteed' gold standard for corporate clients.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Ventspils weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered. If we are planned for an outdoor wall and the weather turns, we have several options: we can move to a covered outdoor area, use a pre-arranged indoor backup location, or reschedule as a last resort. We also have a dedicated pool of backup artists to ensure your event goes ahead even if an instructor falls ill.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next outing in Ventspils? It’s more than just painting; it’s about building a better team culture through shared vulnerability and epic creativity. 🎨

Total inclusivity: You don't need to be an artist. We provide the tools and the 'how-to' so everyone feels like a rockstar. 🎸
Break the hierarchy: Nothing levels the playing field like everyone wearing matching overalls and holding spray cans. CEOs and interns create side-by-side.
Visible results: Unlike a seminar, you end the day with a physical masterpiece that can hang in your office as a reminder of what you achieved together. 🏆
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a spray can—it's the perfect way to vent work stress in a positive way.
Problem solving: Designing a mural requires communication, compromise, and a shared vision. It’s real-world teamwork in a vibrant wrapper. 💪
Risk-free booking: With our backup artist guarantee and no-prepayment policy, your Ventspils event is in the safest hands in the industry.

Step by step

The briefing: Our pro artists greet your team in Ventspils and dive into the history and culture of the graffiti world, setting the stage for a high-energy day.
Tag creation: Everyone gets their own practice spot to learn the basics of spray control and create their first unique 'tag' or signature.
Technique masterclass: We teach you how to 'fill' colours, create sharp outlines, and add 3D effects that make your art pop off the wall.
The concept phase: Your team brainstorms together to design a collaborative mural that represents your collective strengths or company goals.
The big spray: This is where the magic happens! The team works together on a large-scale canvas or wall, putting their new skills to the test.
Refining the details: Our artists help you add those professional finishing touches—shadows, highlights, and flares—to make the piece look incredible.
The grand reveal: Step back and admire the work. We take professional team photos with your masterpiece for the office wall.
The feedback loop: We wrap up with a short reflection on how the team collaborated, solved problems, and supported each other during the process.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Ventspils is a city that prides itself on being 'the city with a future,' and what better way to embrace that than through the modern, forward-thinking lens of street art? From the famous Cow Parade sculptures to the vibrant landscaping, this city is a playground for the visual senses. While Ventspils is known for its harbour and industry, its creative side is booming. Our workshops tap into this local spirit of innovation and 'making things happen.'

💡 Fun Fact: Did you know Ventspils is home to over 20 colourful cow sculptures? It's one of the most Instagrammable public art projects in Latvia, proving that this city isn't afraid to embrace bold, unconventional creativity!

Whether we are working near the Baltic Sea breeze or in a more industrial setting, the Ventspils vibe adds a uniquely Latvian grit and beauty to your team building experience. We love bringing the energy of the street to this historic port town. ✨

We believe in transparent pricing tailored to your specific needs. Our Ventspils team development packages are designed to provide maximum value and unforgettable memories.
