What exactly is a graffiti networking event?

A graffiti networking event is a unique twist on professional gatherings. Instead of standing around with a glass of water, participants collaborate on a giant mural. In Ventspils, we find this breaks down social barriers instantly. It’s perfect for fostering genuine connections because the focus shifts from 'selling yourself' to 'creating something cool together.' It’s hands-on, high-energy, and much more memorable than a standard seminar. Plus, you get to keep the artwork!

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Absolutely not! Our Ventspils workshops are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns, regardless of their artistic background. Our professional graffiti artists provide a full safety briefing and teach you all the techniques you need—from how to hold the spray can to advanced shading. We use special low-pressure cans that are easy to control, ensuring everyone leaves feeling like a street art pro. It's all about the experience and the connections.

Is it safe and what about the mess?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 masks to ensure no one breathes in fumes, along with protective overalls and gloves to keep your professional attire clean. We typically host these events in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specialized indoor spaces in Ventspils that meet all safety regulations. Our artists are also trained in first aid and group management to ensure the environment remains fun and secure for everyone involved.

What should we wear to the workshop?

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. Although we provide full-body protective suits (overalls), it’s best to leave the silk ties and expensive suede shoes at home just in case. Most participants in our Latvian events find that smart-casual attire works perfectly under our protective gear. Think of it as a creative 'casual Friday' vibe where you can move freely and focus on the art.

What size groups can you accommodate in Ventspils?

The beauty of our creative networking is its flexibility. We can host events for small boutique teams of 10 or large-scale corporate mixers for over 100 people. For larger groups in Ventspils, we often set up multiple 'graffiti stations' or one massive collaborative wall. This ensures everyone has plenty of space to spray and plenty of opportunities to rotate and meet different people throughout the session. No group is too big or too small!

How long does the networking event last?

A typical creative networking session lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, technique practice, the main collaborative painting phase, and a final 'gallery walk' where everyone can admire the work and exchange contact details. We can easily adjust the timing to fit into your conference schedule or evening mixer. We’ve found this duration is the 'sweet spot' for keeping energy high without anyone getting tired.

What is the booking process and payment policy?

Booking is easy and stress-free! Initially, you can use our online Cost Calculator to get a quick estimate. Once you're ready, reach out for a custom quote. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the event is successfully completed. We also have backup artists on standby to ensure your event in Ventspils goes ahead no matter what. After the session, the final mural can even be displayed at your office!

Local culture

Ventspils is a city that perfectly balances industrial strength with artistic soul. Known for its incredible public sculptures and the famous "Cow Parade," it's a place where creativity is already part of the urban fabric. Hosting a networking event here means tapping into that unique maritime energy, perhaps near the bustling port or within sight of the historic Livonian Order Castle. The city's commitment to clean, beautiful public spaces makes it the perfect backdrop for a professional group looking to add a splash of modern street art to their portfolio. ✨

Fun fact: Ventspils is home to over 20 colourful cow sculptures! It’s literally one of the most "art-heavy" cities in Latvia, making your graffiti event a perfect fit for the local culture. 🐄 🎨
