Do we need any previous art experience or drawing skills?

Absolutely no prior artistic talent is needed to excel in our leadership training. We use graffiti as a tool to explore team dynamics, not as a fine arts exam. Our professional instructors teach you the technical skills step-by-step. The focus is on how you communicate, delegate, and innovate under pressure. You’ll be surprised at the high-quality mural your team can produce when everyone works in sync.

How long does a typical leadership graffiti session last?

A standard leadership workshop in Daugavpils typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for the initial icebreaker, skill-building session, the collaborative mural project, and a final debrief where we connect the creative experience back to your specific workplace challenges. We can also adapt the timing to fit into a larger corporate retreat or a compact half-day seminar.

What about safety and protective clothing?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality FFP2 masks to filter paint fumes, disposable coveralls to protect your clothing, and gloves. Our workshops are ideally held in well-ventilated or outdoor spaces. We use professional-grade spray paint, and our instructors are trained to ensure everyone handles the equipment safely while having a blast. Bring your energy; we handle the rest!

Can graffiti really improve my team's leadership skills?

Definitely! Graffiti is a fantastic metaphor for modern leadership. It requires a balance of individual expression and a unified vision. During the session, we’ll see how your team handles 'overwriting' each other's work, how leaders emerge to coordinate the colour schemes, and how the group reacts to the fast-paced nature of the medium. It’s an honest, visceral way to see team dynamics in action.

Is this an outdoor activity or can it be done indoors?

While we love the raw energy of outdoor street art, we have several partner locations in Daugavpils that allow for indoor sessions using specialised low-odour paints or large-scale canvas setups. If you have your own venue, we can often bring the workshop to you, provided there is enough space and ventilation. We always have a backup plan so your event goes ahead rain or shine!

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Booking is simple and risk-free with Graffitifun. You can contact us via our website for a custom quote based on your group size. We don't require upfront payments; you simply pay after the workshop is completed to your satisfaction. We also have backup artists ready to go, so you never have to worry about last-minute cancellations ruining your corporate training schedule.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti can over a flipchart? Because leadership isn't about sitting in a chair; it's about taking action. Here is why our Daugavpils experience stands out:

Visualise the vision: Nothing clarifies a company goal like seeing it rendered in 6-foot-tall neon letters. ✨
Break down silos: Spraying side-by-side levels the playing field, allowing junior staff and CEOs to collaborate as equals. 🤝
Agile thinking: Paint dries fast and drips happen—leaders must learn to adapt and turn mistakes into masterpieces in real-time. 🎨
Boosted morale: Taking a break from the office to create something permanent (and cool) provides a massive psychological lift. 🚀
Expert mentorship: Work with real artists who understand the nuances of group dynamics and creative flow. 🏆
No risk, all reward: With our "pay after the workshop" policy, you only pay when your team is beaming with pride. 💪

Step by step

Mission briefing: We kick things off with a high-energy intro, setting the leadership goals and explaining how street art mirrors corporate strategy.
Canvas preparation: Teams are assigned their 'territory'. This is where you start planning your collective vision and establishing roles.
Technique masterclass: Our pro artists teach you the basics—fading, outlines, and 'can control'—giving you the tools to lead your team to victory.
The vision phase: Groups brainstorm their concept. Who takes charge? Who listens? This is where the real leadership dynamics begin to surface.
First strikes: The sketching begins. This phase tests how well the team follows the lead and adapts to the scale of the wall.
Colour coordination: Moving from sketch to vibrant reality requires intense communication to ensure the 'brand' remains consistent across the piece.
The pressure test: We introduce a minor 'pivot' or challenge, forcing leaders to adapt their strategy on the fly—just like in the real world.
Final flourishes: The team adds details and 'tags'. This is the polish phase where attention to detail separates the good from the great.
Debrief and gallery: We step back, admire the mural, and conduct a professional debrief on the leadership lessons learned during the process.

Local culture

Daugavpils is a city defined by its resilience and its spectacular red-brick architecture, most notably the 19th-century Daugavpils Fortress. This blend of historic strength and modern artistic ambition makes it an inspiring place for professional development. The local street art scene is growing, influenced by the city's unique position at the crossroads of different cultures.

Fun Fact: Daugavpils is the birthplace of the legendary abstract expressionist Mark Rothko. While our graffiti is a bit more 'street' than his colour-field paintings, the spirit of bold, emotional expression lives on in every workshop we host at the Mark Rothko Art Centre district!

Whether we are working near the banks of the Daugava River or in an industrial warehouse, the city's atmosphere encourages thinking big and acting boldly—precisely what great leadership is all about.

Pricing

Our Daugavpils leadership workshops are designed to be as flexible as your team needs to be. We offer tiered pricing to ensure even the smallest startups or the largest corporations can find a fit.

Standard workshops: Range from €18 to €38 per person.

The final price depends on the number of participants, the location, and whether you want your masterpiece on a permanent wall or portable canvases to take back to the office. We believe in total transparency, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
