Step by step

  1. Intro & Street Art History: We kick off with a high-energy talk about the roots of graffiti and how it evolved into the global art movement we see in Oslo today.
  2. Safety First: Kids get kitted out in their 'space suits' (overalls), masks, and gloves. We explain the golden rules of using spray cans safely.
  3. Mastering the Can: Our artists demonstrate 'can control'—teaching pupils how to create thin lines, fat drips, and cool fades.
  4. Sketching the Vision: Before the paint flies, students brainstorm their designs on paper, focusing on letters, characters, and vibrant colour schemes.
  5. The Big Outline: Time to hit the wall! Students start by sketching their designs in light colours under the guidance of our pros.
  6. Filling with Colour: This is where the magic happens! The kids fill in their masterpieces with a kaleidoscope of Oslo-inspired colours.
  7. The Final Flourish: We teach them how to add 'shadows' and 'highlights' to make their graffiti pop off the surface.
  8. Photo Ops & Wrap-up: We finish with a huge group photo in front of the new artwork—a perfect memory for the school yearbook!

Local culture

Street art in Oslo

Oslo is a city that truly breathes art, from the iconic sculptures in Vigeland Park to the world-class murals in the Tøyen district. Our workshops tap into this local 'urban gallery' spirit, encouraging pupils to see their city as a canvas for positive expression. We often discuss local Oslo legends and how street art has helped beautify our neighbourhoods. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that the Tøyen neighbourhood in Oslo is often called an "outdoor museum"? It’s home to dozens of massive murals created by international artists, making it one of the coolest spots for street art inspiration in Scandinavia! ✨

In addition to Oslo, we also bring our creative energy to schools in Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger, and Drammen. No matter where your school is located in Norway, we are ready to bring the spray paint and the passion!

Pricing

We believe every child in Oslo should have the chance to be an artist, which is why we offer flexible pricing to suit school budgets. Our workshops generally range from kr300 to kr650 per pupil, depending on the number of participants, the length of the session, and whether we are painting on individual canvases or a giant collaborative mural.

The best part? No upfront payment is required! You only pay after the workshop is completed and everyone is 100% satisfied with the experience. 🏆
