Is the graffiti workshop safe for secondary school students?

While we encourage creativity, we prioritize safety above all else. We provide high-quality protective masks, gloves, and overalls to ensure no paint gets on student uniforms or skin. Our artists conduct a thorough safety briefing before any spray cans are touched, and we use low-odor paints whenever possible to ensure a comfortable environment for the secondary school students in Seongnam. Safety is our number one rule!

Do students need prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, from those who have never held a spray can to budding young artists. Our professional street artists guide the students through every step, starting with basic lines and moving to advanced shading. By the end of the session, every student in Seongnam will have created something they are truly proud of, regardless of their prior art experience.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We take care of everything! Graffitifun provides all the necessary professional-grade spray cans in a rainbow of colors, protective gear (masks, gloves, suits), and the surfaces to paint on (whether it's a communal wall or individual canvases). The school only needs to provide an outdoor space or a well-ventilated area and, of course, the enthusiastic students ready to learn the art of graffiti.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical secondary school workshop in Seongnam lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows us to cover the history of street art, practice basic techniques, and complete a final masterpiece. We can easily adjust the duration to fit into your school's specific timetable or special activity day requirements. Just let us know what works best for your schedule!

Do we need to pay in advance?

Transparency and trust are key for us. You don't have to pay anything upfront when you book your Seongnam school workshop. We believe in the quality of our experience, so payment is only required after the workshop has been completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the creative results and the fun your students had before any transaction takes place.

Can we create a permanent mural at our school?

Absolutely! We love it when schools want to create a permanent piece of art. If the school has a designated wall that needs a makeover, we can facilitate a mural project where students work together on a large-scale design. If a permanent wall isn't available, students can work on individual cardboard canvases or large plastic films that can be displayed around the school later.

What happens if it rains on the day of the workshop?

Rain doesn't have to stop the fun! We always keep a close eye on the Seongnam weather forecast. If the weather looks bad, we can either move the workshop to a well-ventilated indoor area like a gym or large hallway (using floor protection), or we can reschedule the event for a sunnier day. We also have backup artists available to ensure your event happens no matter what!

Local culture

Seongnam is a city where tradition meets the cutting edge of technology, and our workshops reflect that same innovative spirit. While the city is known for its high-tech hubs like Pangyo Techno Valley, there is a growing appetite for urban expression in neighborhoods from Bundang to Sujeong-gu. We bring that modern, "Silicon Valley of Korea" energy into our street art sessions, showing students that creativity is the ultimate tool for the future.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Seongnam is home to some of the most innovative urban planning in South Korea? Our workshops encourage students to think like urban designers, imagining how art can transform the public spaces they walk through every day!
