Do we need to be good at drawing or art to participate?

No artistic talent is required for our Lausanne team building sessions! Our professional artists guide you through the entire process, from basic spray can control to detailed layering techniques. We focus on the collaborative experience and having fun rather than technical perfection. You will be surprised at the high-quality mural your team can create when working together under our expert supervision. It is all about the energy and the team spirit!

What about safety and protective gear?

We provide all necessary safety equipment, including high-quality protective suits, gloves, and professional FFP2/FFP3 masks to ensure everyone breathes easy. We also use premium spray paint that adheres to safety standards. Safety is our top priority alongside your enjoyment, and our artists provide a full safety briefing before anyone picks up a can. You can relax knowing your team is in professional, capable hands.

Can you host the workshop at our own office location?

Absolutely! While we have great spots in Lausanne, we are fully mobile. If you have a suitable outdoor space or a well-ventilated indoor area at your office or a rented venue, we can bring the entire graffiti studio to you. We use protective floor and wall coverings to ensure your venue remains spotless. This flexibility allows us to integrate seamlessly into your corporate away day or office party schedule.

How long does a typical team building session last?

Standard team building workshops in Lausanne typically last between 2 to 2.5 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of your collaborative masterpiece. We can also adapt the duration to fit into a tighter schedule or extend it for a more deep-dive creative experience. Just let us know your timeframe, and we will tailor the session to suit your team's needs.

What happens to the graffiti artwork after the workshop?

The final artwork is yours to keep! If we work on transportable canvases or wooden panels, you can take them back to your office in Lausanne to brighten up your workspace and serve as a lasting reminder of your team's collaboration. If we work on a temporary wall, we make sure to take high-quality professional photos of the finished piece so you can share the achievement digitally with the whole company.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

Weather in Lausanne can be unpredictable, but we always have a plan B. If the weather is too poor for an outdoor session, we can often move to a covered location or provide indoor alternatives using water-based, low-odour paints or digital graffiti walls. We also have a network of backup artists to ensure your event goes ahead no matter what, protecting your schedule from any last-minute cancellations or disruptions.

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next team building event in Lausanne? Because it breaks the mould! Unlike traditional activities, graffiti is a great equaliser—everyone starts from scratch, and everyone has a role to play. 🏆

Boosts creative problem-solving: Learn to see challenges as opportunities for a fresh "layer" of paint. 💡
Enhances communication: Planning a mural requires clear, collaborative thinking and active listening.
Unbeatable stress relief: There is something incredibly satisfying about the hiss of a spray can and seeing vibrant colours come to life.
Tangible results: Walk away with a physical representation of your team's unified vision.
Inclusive for everyone: You don't need to be an artist; our pros make sure everyone contributes effectively. 🤝
Maximum fun: It’s simply the most energetic and memorable way to spend an afternoon with your colleagues!

Step by step

Intro and inspiration: Meet your pro artist and get a quick intro to the vibrant world of street art and urban culture. ✨
Safety first: Get geared up in your protective suits and masks while we walk you through the essential safety guidelines.
Master the can: We’ll teach you the basics—how to hold the spray can, control the pressure, and create different line widths.
Sketching the vision: Work together to brainstorm your concept and sketch out the design on your canvas or wall. 🎨
Filling and layering: This is where the magic happens! Start blocking in colours and adding vibrant layers to your team design.
The finishing touches: Learn how to add sharp outlines, highlights, and "force fields" to make your piece really pop.
Grand reveal and photos: Step back and admire your collective masterpiece. We’ll take professional group photos to capture the moment. 📸
Wrap up: Clean up and reflect on the experience before heading off with a newfound appreciation for street art.

Local culture

Lausanne isn't just the Olympic capital; it's a city with a surprisingly edgy and artistic heartbeat. From the colourful streets of the Flon district to the hidden murals tucked away in the Sous-Gare area, Lausanne provides the perfect backdrop for urban inspiration. The local scene is a blend of Swiss precision and raw creative energy, mirroring the city's steep hills and panoramic views of Lake Geneva. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Lausanne is home to many legal graffiti walls where international artists regularly come to paint? It’s a city that truly celebrates the evolution of street art as a legitimate cultural force!

By choosing a workshop here, your team connects with this local urban legacy, adding their own chapter to the city's evolving visual story. Whether we paint near the lake or in the industrial-chic corners of the city, the "Lausanne vibe" will definitely fuel your team's creative fire. 🔥
