Is graffiti painting safe for children during a birthday party?

Absolutely! At Graffitifun, safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including gloves and masks, for every child. We use water-based spray paint whenever possible, especially for younger groups, and our professional artists supervise the kids at all times to ensure they follow safety protocols while having an absolute blast. Parents in Ahmedabad can relax while the kids enjoy a safe, creative, and controlled environment.

What is the ideal age for a graffiti kids party?

We recommend a minimum age of 6 years for our graffiti workshops. For younger children (ages 6-9), we provide extra guidance and sometimes use smaller cans that are easier for little hands to handle. Teenagers also love our workshops as it gives them a sense of creative freedom and 'cool' factor that other birthday activities just can't match. We adjust our teaching style to fit the age group.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last?

A standard Graffitifun birthday workshop in Ahmedabad usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. This duration is perfect for keeping the energy high without the children getting tired. It includes the introduction, safety briefing, practice sessions, and the final creation of their individual or group masterpiece. If you have specific timing requirements or want a longer session, we can easily customise the schedule for you.

Do we come to you, or do you have a specific location in Ahmedabad?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the party at a dedicated street art location in Ahmedabad, or we can come to your backyard, a local park, or a rented community hall. If we come to your location, we take care of all the protective covering (plastic sheets) to ensure no paint gets where it shouldn't. Just let us know your preference, and we'll make it happen.

Do the kids get to keep what they create?

One of the best parts about a Graffitifun party is the souvenir! For individual workshops, each child typically creates their own piece on a canvas or wooden board which they get to take home. Alternatively, the group can work together on one massive mural for the birthday star. Either way, they leave with a tangible memory of their artistic achievement in Ahmedabad.

What do we need to provide for the workshop?

Don't worry about a thing! We provide everything: premium spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective masks, gloves, disposable ponchos, and the "canvases" (whether boards, walls, or canvases). We even bring the inspiration! You just need to provide the space (if we're coming to you) and the excited kids. We handle the setup and the complete cleanup afterwards.

What happens if we need to cancel or the artist is sick?

We understand that plans can change. One of the unique benefits of booking with Graffitifun is that we don't require upfront payments. You pay after the workshop is successfully completed. Additionally, we have a backup pool of professional graffiti artists in Ahmedabad, so even if your assigned artist falls ill, we'll send a replacement to ensure the party goes on exactly as planned.

The experience

Why choose a Graffitifun party for your little ones in Ahmedabad? It’s more than just a party—it’s an explosion of creativity and confidence!

Total expression: Kids get to express themselves in a way that regular school art classes don't allow.
Professional artists: Our team consists of active street artists who know how to engage and inspire children.
Stress-free for parents: We handle everything from setup to cleanup. You just provide the cake!
Zero risk: With our "no upfront payment" policy and backup artists, your event is guaranteed to happen without hitches.
Epic souvenirs: Every child goes home with their own artwork—much better than a standard party bag!
Teamwork: Many of our formats encourage kids to collaborate on a big project, building social skills.

Step by step

Intro and demo: Our pro artist grabs everyone's attention with a quick, high-energy demo of graffiti techniques, showing the kids what's possible.
Safety first: We suit up! Every child gets a mask, gloves, and a poncho while we explain the "Golden Rules" of using spray cans safely.
Sketching ideas: Before spraying, the kids brainstorm their designs. Whether it's their names or cool symbols, we help them get their ideas on paper first.
First sprays: We start with the basics—learning how to control the nozzle, manage pressure, and create clean lines on a practice surface.
Filling and fading: The fun part! Kids learn how to fill in their shapes with vibrant colours and create those classic graffiti gradients and fades.
Adding details: We teach them how to add outlines, shadows, and "highlights" to make their artwork pop and look three-dimensional.
The final masterpiece: Everyone works on their final board or canvas, putting all their new skills together for a finished piece of art.
Group photo and cleanup: We snap some epic photos of the crew with their work before we pack up all the gear, leaving your space exactly as we found it.

Local culture

Ahmedabad has always been a city where tradition meets modernity, from the intricate carvings of the Old City to the bold architecture of CEPT. Recently, the city's streets have been coming alive with vibrant murals and urban art, reflecting the energetic spirit of Amdavadis. Our graffiti workshops tap into this growing local street art culture, giving Ahmedabad’s youth a chance to contribute to the city's creative evolution.

We take inspiration from the colourful vibes of Law Garden and the artistic energy found near the Sabarmati Riverfront. By bringing graffiti to kids' parties, we're not just teaching a skill; we're celebrating the "Kem Cho" spirit of joy and innovation that makes Ahmedabad so special. It’s about local kids making their own mark in a city that’s constantly reinventing itself.

Pricing

Our graffiti packages for kids' parties in Ahmedabad are affordable and flexible. Pricing usually ranges from ₹2000 to ₹5000 per child.

The final price depends on your choice of materials, the number of participants, and the location. Remember, we don't ask for any money upfront—you only pay once the workshop is done and the kids are smiling!
