How far in advance should we book our team building session in Ahmedabad?

To ensure your preferred date and time slot are available during the busy corporate season in Ahmedabad, we recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance. However, because we have a large team of backup artists and flexible logistics, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Just reach out to us, and we will do our best to make it happen for your team.

Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

No prior artistic experience is needed at all! Our professional graffiti artists are experts at breaking down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Whether your team members are naturally creative or have never held a spray can before, they will be amazed at what they can create together. The focus is on collaboration, communication, and having a great time in a relaxed environment.

What safety measures do you take during the workshop?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use specialized low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control and produce less fumes. Additionally, our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas or outdoor spaces across Ahmedabad to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone involved.

Can we customize the graffiti theme or include our company logo?

Absolutely! We love it when teams bring their own identity to the wall. You can choose to incorporate your company logo, brand colours, or a specific theme related to your current business goals or project. Our artists will help translate your vision into a professional-looking graffiti mural that reflects your company's culture and team spirit perfectly.

How long does a typical team building workshop last?

A standard team building workshop usually lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows for an introduction, safety briefing, practice sessions, and the creation of the final masterpiece. If you have a tighter schedule or want a more intensive full-day session, we can easily adjust the duration to fit your corporate itinerary and goals.

Can you host the workshop at our office or a specific venue?

We pride ourselves on being flexible. While we have our own partner locations in Ahmedabad, we can also bring the entire setup to your office premises, a hotel lawn, or any other event venue you have chosen. As long as there is adequate ventilation and space for the canvases or walls, we can transform almost any location into a vibrant street art studio.

Is there an upfront payment required for the booking?

Unlike many other providers, we do not require any upfront payment. You only pay after the workshop is successfully completed and your team is satisfied with the results. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to feel completely confident when booking with us. We accept various payment methods for your corporate convenience.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team in Ahmedabad? It’s about more than just painting; it’s about building a collective identity. Here is why it works:

True collaboration: Unlike individual tasks, a mural requires everyone to work on the same "big picture," teaching teams how their individual efforts contribute to a unified goal.
Stress relief: Spraying paint is incredibly cathartic. It allows employees to vent stress and recharge their mental batteries in a fun, tactile way.
Level playing field: In graffiti, everyone starts as a beginner. This removes office hierarchies and allows natural leaders to emerge and teams to bond as equals.
Tangible results: You get a physical masterpiece at the end, which can even be brought back to the office to act as a permanent reminder of your team's synergy.
No-risk planning: With our "pay after the workshop" policy and dedicated backup artists, your corporate event planning is completely stress-free.

Step by step

On-site setup: On the day, we arrive early to set up protective flooring, canvases, and lay out all the spray cans and safety gear.
Safety and technique briefing: We start with a quick intro on how to use the equipment safely and demonstrate basic spray painting styles.
Individual practice rounds: Everyone gets a chance to practice their lines, fills, and fades on practice boards to build confidence.
The collaborative mural: The team comes together to fill in the main masterpiece, guided by our professional street artists.
Final detailing: Our artists help add the sharp outlines and highlights that make your team's work look like a professional piece of street art.
Team photo and debrief: We wrap up with a group photo in front of your creation and a reflection on the collaborative effort.
Easy cleanup: We take care of all the mess and pack everything up, leaving your venue exactly as we found it.

Local culture

Ahmedabad has always been a city of design and craft, from its world-famous textiles to the prestigious NID. Recently, the street art scene has exploded, with vibrant murals popping up in areas like the walled city and the creative corners near SG Highway. There is a raw, industrial energy here that makes it the perfect backdrop for a graffiti workshop. By choosing a graffiti-based session, your team connects with the evolving urban culture of Ahmedabad, moving away from traditional corporate structures and into a space of pure, uninhibited expression. We celebrate the local "Amdavadi" spirit of innovation and hard work, turning it into a colourful celebration of your own company's achievements.
