How long does a typical team building workshop last?

Most of our corporate workshops in Hyderabad last between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the initial safety briefing, sketching your designs, and the main painting session. We find this is the 'sweet spot' where teams stay energised and engaged without feeling rushed. If you have a specific schedule to stick to for your offsite, we can easily tailor the duration to fit your agenda.

Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Hyderabad workshops are designed for everyone, from those who can't draw a straight line to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide you through every step, starting with basic spray techniques. We focus on the process and team collaboration rather than technical perfection. You'll be amazed at what your team can create collectively when given the right tools and guidance!

Is the paint safe and what should we wear?

Safety and cleanliness are our priorities. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective ponchos for all participants. While the spray paint we use is professional grade, we take every precaution to ensure a clean environment. We do recommend that everyone wears comfortable clothes and shoes they don't mind getting a little paint on—after all, street art can get a bit splashy!

Can you host the workshop at our Hyderabad office?

We are highly flexible! We can host the event at our partner outdoor locations in Hyderabad or come directly to your office premises if you have a suitable outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area. We handle all the floor and wall protection, so you don't have to worry about the cleanup. Just let us know your preference, and we'll make it happen.

What is the maximum group size you can handle?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size. Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large enterprise department of 200+, we have the staff and equipment to scale up. For larger groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple 'creativity stations' to ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the spray cans and expert attention.

How does graffiti actually help with team building?

Our team building sessions are carefully structured to promote teamwork. Instead of everyone working alone, teams must communicate to design a cohesive mural. You'll have to negotiate over colour palettes, bridge different styles, and physically work together on a large-scale piece. It breaks down corporate silos and builds a unique shared memory that a standard dinner or bowling night simply cannot match.

What exactly is included in the price per person?

Our pricing is all-inclusive! The quote we provide covers the professional artists/instructors, all spray paint, canvases or boards, protective gear (masks, gloves, suits), and the preparation and cleanup of the site. There are no hidden fees. We even include the transport costs within Hyderabad. You just need to show up with your team and plenty of creative energy!

The experience

Why settle for another standard lunch when you can build something epic? Here is why our graffiti workshops are the ultimate choice for your next team event in the City of Pearls: ✨

Break the Hierarchy: In front of a canvas, everyone is an artist. It’s the perfect leveller for managers and trainees alike. 🤝
Boost Creative Risk-Taking: Spray painting is bold! It encourages your team to step out of their comfort zones and try something new.
Tangible Results: You don't just 'do' an activity; you create a physical piece of art that can be displayed in your office. 🏆
Stress Buster: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a spray can—it's the perfect way to de-stress.
Zero Pressure: We focus on the 'fun' in functionality. No experience is needed, and our backup artists ensure a great result every time. 💪

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your team size and preferred date. We'll chat about your goals for the day.
The Big Day kickoff: Our artists arrive at your Hyderabad venue or our partner spot to set up the 'graffiti zone'.
Safety & Skills: We start with a quick briefing on equipment and show you the basic 'tags' and 'fades' with the spray cans.
Brainstorming: Your team works together to sketch a concept—perhaps based on your company values or a cool Hyderabad theme.
Outlining: The brave 'first sprayers' hit the canvas to create the skeleton of your team masterpiece.
Filling & Details: Everyone gets involved, layering colours and adding those sharp details that make the art pop.
Professional finishing: Our artists help polish the edges so your final mural looks like a professional street art piece.
The Reveal & Photos: We wrap up with a group photo in front of your creation—a perfect memory for the office wall!

Local culture

Hyderabad is a city where the historic Charminar meets the futuristic 'Cyberabad,' and our workshops reflect that incredible mix of tradition and innovation. While the city is famous for its Biryani, its street art scene is rapidly growing, with vibrant murals popping up across areas like Maqtha. We bring that urban energy directly to your team, giving you a chance to contribute to the city's modern creative spirit. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Hyderabad's MS Maqtha district was transformed into a 'Art District' with murals from artists all over the world? Your team will be learning the same techniques used to beautify the city's streets! 🏛️
