Do we need any previous artistic experience for this?

Absolutely! Most of our team building participants in Bangalore have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, teaching you how to control pressure and angles. We focus on a relaxed atmosphere where creativity matters more than technical skill. You will be surprised at what your team can achieve together by the end of the session.

Is the spray paint safe and what about the mess?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your professional attire clean. We use specialized low-pressure spray paint that is easier to control and produces less fumes. Additionally, we choose well-ventilated outdoor or semi-outdoor spots in Bangalore to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone involved.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard Bangalore team building session usually lasts between 2 to 2.5 hours. This includes the initial briefing, technique practice, the main collaborative creation phase, and a final wrap-up with photos. We can adjust the timing to fit your corporate schedule, whether it's a quick ice-breaker or a deep-dive afternoon workshop.

Can we keep the artwork for our office?

Yes, that is one of the best parts! You can choose to create a giant collaborative mural on a wall or individual canvases. If you work on canvases, your team can take the artwork back to the office to decorate your workspace in areas like Whitefield or Indiranagar, serving as a permanent reminder of your collective creativity.

Where in Bangalore do the workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at one of our partner creative spots in Bangalore, or even better, we can come to your office if you have a suitable outdoor space or a well-ventilated basement. We are flexible and mobile, meaning we bring all the equipment to you, anywhere from Electronic City to Manyata Tech Park.

What is the maximum group size?

We suggest a minimum of 10 people for a great team dynamic, but we can accommodate very large corporate groups of up to 100+ participants. For larger groups, we bring in additional backup artists to ensure every sub-team gets enough guidance and attention. Our scalability makes us a top choice for major MNCs in the city.

How does the payment and booking process work?

We believe in building trust with our Bangalore clients. You don't need to pay anything upfront to secure your date. Payment is handled after the workshop is successfully completed and your team is happy with the results. We also have backup artists on standby to ensure your event happens no matter what.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team in Bangalore? It's more than just painting—it's about building a collective identity in a city that thrives on innovation. Here is why it works:

Breaks corporate hierarchy: When everyone is wearing a protective suit and holding a spray can, titles disappear and everyone is on a level playing field.
Enhances communication: Designing a large-scale mural requires constant talk, compromise, and shared vision to make the pieces fit together.
Safe space for failure: Graffiti is forgiving. If you make a mistake, you just spray over it. It teaches teams to take risks and move forward quickly.
Visible results: Unlike most team building games, you end up with a tangible, massive piece of art that represents your collective effort.
Stress relief: The physical act of spraying and the vibrant colors act as a great "reset" button for teams working under high-pressure deadlines.
Professional guidance: Our expert artists manage the flow, ensuring the final result looks amazing and everyone feels proud of their contribution.

Step by step

Intro and inspiration: Our lead artist kicks things off with a brief history of street art and shows some cool examples to get your team's creative juices flowing.
Safety first: We suit everyone up in protective gear, including masks and gloves, and explain the safety guidelines for using spray cans.
Mastering the nozzle: You'll learn the 'can-control' basics—how to make thin lines, fat drips, and smooth gradients on a practice surface.
Concept brainstorming: Your team brainstorms together to sketch out a design that represents your company values or a specific project theme.
Outlining the vision: The artists help you transfer the sketch onto the large-scale mural surface or individual canvases using light 'ghost' lines.
Fill-in and color: This is where the energy peaks! Everyone grabs their cans and starts filling in the colors, learning blending techniques as they go.
Adding the details: Once the base colors are down, we teach you how to add highlights and sharp edges to make the artwork pop.
The big reveal: We step back, remove the protective tape, and admire the collective masterpiece your team has built from scratch.
Photo ops: We finish with a professional group photo session in front of your new wall—perfect for the company's LinkedIn or internal newsletter!

Local culture

Bangalore's street art scene has exploded over the last decade, evolving beyond simple slogans to world-class murals that reflect the city's tech-meets-tradition vibe. From the iconic walls around MG Road to the creative hubs in Malleshwaram, the city uses public art to tell its story. Our team building workshops tap into this local 'Gardown City' energy. We don't just teach you how to paint; we connect your team to the urban pulse of Bangalore. We often draw inspiration from the city's unique mix of lush greenery and sleek steel, encouraging groups to incorporate local elements into their designs. By participating, your team becomes part of the city's living, breathing art culture, creating a bond that goes much deeper than a standard office lunch.
