Is the graffiti workshop safe for teenagers and kids?

Absolutely! At Graffitifun, safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks and gloves, for every participant. Our professional artists are trained to supervise youth groups, ensuring that the spray cans are used correctly and responsibly. We only use professional-grade paint in well-ventilated outdoor or large indoor spaces to ensure a healthy environment for all the budding artists in Hyderabad.

How long does a typical youth graffiti session last?

Usually, our youth project workshops in Hyderabad last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives the group enough time to learn the basic techniques, practice their 'tags' on plastic film, and then collaborate on a final masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule or a larger community event, we can adjust the timing to fit your needs perfectly. Just let us know!

Do the participants need prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from those who can't draw a straight line to naturally gifted artists. Our instructors break down the process into simple, easy-to-follow steps. We focus on 'design thinking' and self-expression rather than perfection. You'll be amazed at the high-quality mural the group can produce together by the end of the session!

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We bring everything! Your booking includes all the professional spray paint cans in a wide variety of vibrant colours, caps (nozzles), protective clothing, and the surfaces to paint on. We can set up temporary 'cellophane walls' or use large canvases. All we need from you is a location and a group of enthusiastic young people ready to have some serious fun.

Do you offer workshops outside of Hyderabad?

While we are famous for our workshops in Hyderabad, Graffitifun is active across India. We regularly host youth projects and events in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai. If you are planning a multi-city youth tour or a national brand activation, our team of professional artists is ready to travel and bring the street art vibe to your specific location.

How does the payment process work?

We are all about flexibility! You don't need to pay anything upfront when you book with us. We believe in our service so much that you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience we provide for your youth group or community project. It’s a stress-free way to organise a world-class event!

What should the participants wear to the workshop?

Dress for a mess! While we provide protective overalls, we always recommend that participants wear old clothes and sneakers that they don't mind getting a little paint on. Spray paint is permanent, and while we take every precaution, a little 'artistic splash' on your shoes is always a possibility when you're busy creating a masterpiece in the heat of the moment.

The experience

Why choose Graffitifun for your next youth initiative? Because we believe art should be loud, proud, and accessible to everyone! 🚀

Boost Self-Confidence: Seeing a massive piece of art completed gives young people a huge sense of achievement. 💪
Team Building: Nothing brings a group together like collaborating on a 10-foot long masterpiece.
Expert Mentorship: Our artists aren't just painters; they are mentors who share their passion and professional skills.
Safe & Legal: We provide a controlled environment where youth can express themselves without breaking the law. ⚖️
No Stress Booking: With our "pay after" policy and backup artist guarantee, your event is in safe hands.
Unique Memories: In a world of digital screens, a hands-on graffiti workshop is an experience they'll talk about for years! ✨

Step by step

Introduction & safety: We kick things off with a quick intro to graffiti culture and a safety briefing to ensure everyone uses the gear correctly. 🛡️
Sketching the vibe: Before picking up a can, the youth group brainstorms a theme and sketches their ideas on paper to plan the mural.
Mastering the nozzle: Our pros teach the kids how to control the spray, from making thin lines to filling in large areas smoothly.
Practice on the wall: We set up practice areas where everyone can get a feel for the pressure and distance needed for perfect strokes.
Outline and fill: The main project begins! We guide the group in outlining the main design and filling it with 'bombay' bright colours. 🎨
Adding shadows and highlights: To make the art pop, we teach the youth how to add 3D effects, highlights, and cool outlines.
The final tag: Every artist gets to sign their work, claiming their spot in the collective masterpiece. ✒️
Group photo & cleanup: We celebrate the finished wall with a huge group photo and ensure the site is left clean and tidy.

Duration: Standard sessions are 1.5 to 3 hours, but we offer full-day intensives for larger community projects.

Local culture

Hyderabad is a city where history meets high-tech, and the street art scene is reflecting that evolution. From the colourful walls in Maqtha to the modern murals near HiTech City, Hyderabad is becoming a canvas for urban expression. Our workshops tap into this local 'Nizami' spirit, blending traditional pride with modern street styles. 🕌

Fun Fact: Did you know that the "MS Maqtha" area in Hyderabad was transformed into India's newest art district with massive murals that tell the stories of the local residents? That's the power of graffiti we want to share with you!

Whether you're near Charminar or the bustling cafes of Jubilee Hills, our team knows the local vibe and brings a workshop experience that resonates with Hyderabadi youth.
