Can you do live painting indoors at a venue in Ahmedabad?

Absolutely! We use low-odour, water-based spray paints and professional markers for indoor events. We also provide extraction fans or air purifiers if the venue is a bit tight on ventilation. Our artists are used to working in high-end hotels and corporate offices across Ahmedabad without leaving a single permanent spot on the carpets or walls.

Do I need to provide the materials or canvas?

No, you don't need to provide anything. We bring everything from the large canvases or wooden panels to the spray cans, protective floor drops, and safety gear. We just need a designated spot (roughly 3x3 metres) and access to the venue a bit before the event starts to get the setup ready for your guests.

How far in advance should I book the performance?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially during the wedding and festival season in Gujarat. However, because we have a large team of professional artists and backup performers, we can often accommodate last-minute requests if you have a sudden event popping up. Just reach out and we'll see what's possible!

Can my guests participate in the painting?

Yes, that is one of the coolest parts! While our artist creates the main masterpiece, we can set up a 'guest canvas' nearby. Your guests can add their own small strokes or tags under our guidance. It's a fantastic ice-breaker and makes everyone feel like they are part of the artistic process during the party.

How long does a typical live painting session last?

Our live painting sessions usually last between 2 to 4 hours, aligning with the peak flow of your event. We can pace the artwork to ensure the 'grand reveal' happens right as your main programme concludes. If you have a multi-day exhibition at the Ahmedabad Education Society or a trade show, we can also spread the work.

Can we keep the painting after the event is over?

Definitely. The final artwork belongs to you! Many of our Ahmedabad clients hang the finished piece in their corporate offices or at home as a memory of the event. We use high-quality canvases that are easy to transport. If you've requested a mural on a temporary wall, we'll discuss the teardown or move-out process beforehand.

The experience

Why choose a live graffiti performance for your Ahmedabad event? It’s more than just art; it’s an immersive experience that bridges the gap between the artist and the audience. Here is why it works:

Dynamic Entertainment: Unlike static decorations, live painting is a moving, breathing process that keeps your guests curious and engaged.
Perfect for Social Media: In the age of Instagram and Reels, a time-lapse of a graffiti wall being built is pure gold for your event’s digital reach.
Custom Branding: We can seamlessly integrate your company logo, event hashtag, or brand colours into the artwork.
Zero Risk: With our "no cancellation" guarantee and backup artist policy, your event’s entertainment is in safe hands.
Memorable Takeaway: You get a physical piece of art that can be displayed in your office or auctioned off for charity after the event.

Step by step

Initial Consultation: You share your event theme, date, and venue details in Ahmedabad with our team.
Design Concept: Our artists create a digital sketch or mood board that aligns with your brand or personal style.
Logistics Planning: We coordinate with your venue manager for setup times, flooring protection, and ventilation requirements.
On-Site Setup: Our crew arrives early to set up the canvas, prep the paints, and secure the 'splash zone'.
Live Execution: As your event begins, the artist starts the piece, drawing in the crowd with high-energy spray painting.
Crowd Interaction: The artist engages with curious guests, explaining techniques and the story behind the art.
Final Reveal: The masterpiece is completed just as your event reaches its peak, providing a perfect photo op.
Post-Event Care: We help you pack the artwork or facilitate the drying process so you can keep the art forever.

Local culture

Ahmedabad has always been a city of incredible textures—from the intricate stone carvings of Sidi Sayyed Mosque to the contemporary vibes of the Sabarmati Riverfront. Our graffiti artists draw inspiration from this rich local tapestry, mixing traditional 'Amdavadi' spirit with modern street art aesthetics. We understand the local culture’s love for grand celebrations and vibrant colours. Whether we are performing at a venue near Law Garden or a corporate park in Prahlad Nagar, we adapt our style to reflect the local energy. Street art is booming in Gujarat, and by bringing a live graffiti show to your event, you are tapping into a fresh, artistic movement that resonates with both the youth and the veteran art lovers of this historic city.
