Why choose a live painting performance for your Cuenca gathering? It is more than just "someone painting"—it is a high-energy experience that bridges the gap between the artist and the audience. Here is why it works: 🔥

Dynamic branding: Need your logo seen? We can weave your brand identity into a mural that looks cool, not corporate.

Professional edge: With years of experience and backup artists ready to go, we guarantee a stress-free, professional show.
No upfront stress: We focus on the fun—you don't even have to pay until the masterpiece is finished!
Flexible vibes: We can go from gritty street styles to elegant, sophisticated designs depending on your venue.

How it works

Initial creative chat: We start by discussing your event theme, colour preferences, and the overall vibe you want to achieve in Cuenca.
Design conceptualisation: Our artist drafts a rough sketch or mood board to ensure we’re on the same page before the first spray is fired.
Site preparation: On the day, we arrive early to set up our "creative zone," complete with floor protection and professional lighting.
The first strokes: As your guests arrive, the artist begins the outline. This initial phase always sparks curiosity and conversation!
Layering and depth: Watch as the artist adds volume and vibrant colours, transforming a blank surface into a masterpiece in real-time.
Interactive highlights: If requested, the artist can incorporate specific elements suggested by guests or live social media polls.
The grand reveal: The final details are added as the event reaches its peak, resulting in a stunning finished work of art.
Handover: We pack up our gear, leave the area spotless, and hand over the completed artwork for you to keep forever.

Frequently asked questions

Is live painting messy or smelly for an indoor event?

Absolutely! While the spray paint dries almost instantly, we usually recommend keeping a small 'buffer zone' of a few metres between the artist and the guests to ensure everyone stays mess-free. If your event is indoors, we use specialised low-odour, water-based paints and high-tech floor protection to keep your Cuenca venue looking exactly as it did when we arrived—just with more art!

Can guests take photos and videos during the performance?

Of course! In fact, we love it when you do. Our live painting performances in Cuenca are designed to be a focal point for your event. We encourage guests to take photos, record time-lapses, and chat with the artist as they work. It’s a fantastic way to create 'Instagrammable' moments that get your event trending across social media.

How long does the live painting performance last?

Standard performances usually last between 2 and 4 hours, which perfectly aligns with most corporate galas or wedding receptions. However, for larger festivals or multi-day brand activations, we can arrange for full-day sessions or even multiple artists. We’ll tailor the pace of the painting to match the flow of your specific itinerary.

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

You own it! Once the final spray is applied and the piece is dry, the artwork is yours to keep. Many of our Cuenca clients choose to display the canvas in their office lobby, raffle it off to guests, or even cut it into smaller pieces as unique souvenirs for attendees. It’s a lasting physical memory of your event.

How far in advance do I need to book?

The more lead time, the better—especially for weekend dates in Cuenca! We generally recommend booking at least 3 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure our top artists are available. However, because we have a large network of backup artists, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Just reach out and we’ll see what we can do!

What kind of surfaces can you paint on?

We are incredibly flexible. We can paint on traditional large-scale canvases, reclaimed wood, temporary walls, or even vehicles! If you have a specific theme or a funky surface in mind, let us know. We love getting creative with the medium to ensure the final product perfectly reflects your brand or party vibe.
