Frequently asked questions

Is the spray paint safe for participants with sensitivities?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, water-based spray paints for our indoor sessions or well-ventilated outdoor areas in Rijeka. We provide premium protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls. Our artists are trained to supervise closely, ensuring everyone uses the cans correctly while focusing on having a blast. Safety is our foundation so that creativity can be the star of the show.

Can the workshop come to our specific location in Rijeka?

We are all about flexibility! We can host the workshop at various accessible locations across Rijeka, or we can bring the entire 'street art studio' to your specific facility or school. We bring floor protection, move furniture if needed, and set up a mobile graffiti wall so participants feel comfortable in a familiar environment while they explore their artistic side.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all. In fact, most of our participants have never touched a spray can before. Our Rijeka artists are experts at breaking down the process into simple, manageable steps. We use stencils and easy techniques that allow anyone, regardless of their fine motor skills or artistic background, to create something they are genuinely proud of by the end of the session.

Are your workshops suitable for people with physical disabilities?

Yes, we believe everyone should have the chance to be an artist. Our programs in Rijeka are designed to be inclusive for individuals with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, or sensory processing needs. We adapt our teaching style, the tools we use (like adaptive triggers for cans), and the pace of the workshop to ensure every single person is fully included and engaged.

How long does a typical special needs workshop last?

We recommend a duration of 1.5 to 2 hours for our special needs groups in Rijeka. This provides enough time to learn the basics and complete a masterpiece without it becoming overwhelming or tiring. However, we are happy to adjust the timing to suit the energy levels and concentration spans of your specific group—just let us know what works best for you!

Do we need to pay in advance to book?

We make the booking process as stress-free as possible. You don't need to pay anything upfront. Once we've tailored the Rijeka workshop to your needs and confirmed the date, you only pay after the event is successfully completed. This gives you total peace of mind and ensures we are 100% focused on delivering a fantastic experience for your group.

What is the ideal group size for this program?

While we can accommodate larger groups with extra artists, we find that smaller groups (around 5-10 people per artist) work best for special needs sessions. This allows our Rijeka-based street artists to provide plenty of one-on-one attention, ensuring every participant gets the support they need to feel confident and successful with their spray painting.
