Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with special needs?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls. Our professional instructors in Karlovac are specially trained to supervise participants with various needs, ensuring everyone uses the spray cans correctly. We choose well-ventilated outdoor spaces or suitable indoor venues to make sure the environment is comfortable and secure for every single guest.

Do participants need prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels and abilities. Our artists provide step-by-step guidance, helping participants from the very first sketch to the final spray. In Karlovac, we focus more on the joy of creation and sensory expression than on technical perfection. Whether you are a natural artist or have never held a can before, you'll create something amazing.

How do you accommodate different types of disabilities?

We are incredibly flexible. Our Karlovac team can adapt the workshop for various physical, sensory, or learning requirements. This includes using lighter spray cans, choosing wheelchair-accessible locations, or providing extra one-on-one support. We recommend chatting with us beforehand so we can tailor the session specifically to the unique needs and energy levels of your particular group.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need to become a street artist for the day! This includes a wide variety of professional spray paint colours, protective clothing (suits, gloves, masks), and the 'canvas'—which could be a wall, a board, or even individual canvases to take home. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and wear some old shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty!

How long does a typical session last?

A standard session usually lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. However, for our special needs programs in Karlovac, we are happy to adjust the timing. If the group needs more frequent breaks or a shorter, more intense burst of activity, we can make that happen. We move at your pace to ensure the experience remains fun and never feels overwhelming or exhausting.

How do I book a workshop for a group in Karlovac?

Booking is simple and stress-free. You can use our online cost calculator to get an initial idea, or simply send us an enquiry via our contact form. We don't require upfront payments, which gives you peace of mind. Once we discuss your group's specific needs and the size of the party, we'll lock in a date with one of our expert Karlovac artists.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next group activity in Karlovac? It’s more than just painting on a wall—it’s about confidence, motor skills, and pure sensory joy. Here’s why our program stands out:

Sensory-rich experience: The sound of the can, the vibrant colours, and the physical movement make it a fantastic tactile activity. 🎨
Boosts confidence: Seeing a large-scale piece of art come to life provides an immediate sense of accomplishment. 💪
Tailored approach: We don't do "one size fits all." We adapt our teaching style to every individual's pace and comfort level.
Safe & Supportive: Our artists are experts at creating a low-pressure, high-encouragement atmosphere. 🔥
Zero upfront cost: Booking is easy and risk-free, with no payment needed until the workshop is over.
Accessible locations: We choose spots in Karlovac that are easy to reach and comfortable for everyone.

Beyond our special needs programs, we also offer school workshops, kids parties, and corporate events. Let's get creative! 🎉

Step by step

Warm welcome and intro: Meet our friendly local artists at the Karlovac venue. We start with a relaxed introduction to the world of street art and safety.
Design and concept: We help participants brainstorm ideas. Whether it's a name, a symbol, or a burst of colour, we turn thoughts into a simple sketch.
Suiting up: Everyone gets fitted with their protective overalls, gloves, and masks. It’s part of the fun and makes everyone feel like a pro! 🎨
Mastering the can: Our artists demonstrate basic techniques—how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create different lines and shapes safely.
First strokes: Participants start applying paint to the surface. There is no right or wrong here, just the freedom to explore textures and colours.
Adding detail: With one-on-one guidance, we help add those finishing touches, like highlights or outlines, to make the artwork pop.
Group masterpiece: We often work on a collective piece, allowing everyone to contribute to a large, vibrant mural that represents the whole group.
Photos and celebration: We capture the smiles and the finished art with photos. It's a proud moment for everyone involved! 📸
Clean up: We handle all the messy bits, leaving you to enjoy the creative high of your successful Karlovac graffiti session.

Local culture

Karlovac, famously known as the city built on a star, has a unique layout and a growing appreciation for urban culture. While it’s renowned for its historic fortress and the confluence of the Korana, Kupa, Mrežnica, and Dobra rivers, the local art scene is finding new life in its parks and community spaces. Our workshops tap into this creative energy, offering a modern twist to the city's rich heritage.

Fun Fact: Did you know Karlovac was founded in 1579 and is one of the few cities in the world where the exact date of its founding is known? We think that's the perfect inspiration for creating something timeless and unique! 🏰

We often host our sessions in accessible outdoor areas near the riverbanks or in partnership with local community centres, ensuring that the spirit of Karlovac's natural beauty is always part of the creative process.
