Sketching the vision: Your team brainstorms a concept or works with a pre-drawn outline of your company logo.
First lines: Everyone gets a practice board to find their "flow" and get used to the pressure of the spray.
The main event: The team moves to the big wall or individual canvases to start layering colours and shapes.
Expert guidance: Our artists circulate, offering tips on shadows, highlights, and "cutting" lines for a pro finish.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

Most team building workshops in Varna last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This includes the initial safety briefing, technique practice, and the collaborative mural creation. We can often adjust the duration to fit your corporate itinerary, whether you need a quick energiser between meetings or a full-afternoon creative deep dive by the Sea Garden.

Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Not at all! Our professional artists specialize in teaching absolute beginners. We'll show your team everything from how to hold the can to advanced fading techniques. Most people are amazed at what they can create within just an hour. It’s all about the collective process and having a laugh together while stepping out of your comfort zone.

What should our team wear for the workshop?

We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks. While our gear is excellent, we always recommend that participants wear comfortable clothes and shoes they don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on. Since Varna can get breezy by the coast, a light jacket that allows for movement is a great idea for outdoor sessions.

Can the workshop take place at our office in Varna?

We are very flexible! We can host the event at various vibrant outdoor locations around Varna, or we can come to your office or a rented venue. If we work indoors, we use special low-odour water-based spray paints and ensure full floor and wall protection to keep the space pristine while your creativity flows.

Is the spray paint safe for everyone to use?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-end FFP2-rated masks and nitrile gloves for every participant. Our instructors are trained to manage group dynamics safely, ensuring everyone keeps a respectful distance while spraying. We only use professional-grade paints that meet European safety standards, making it a worry-free experience for your HR department.

What kind of art will we actually be creating?

One of the best parts of our team building is the flexibility. Your team can work together on one massive, cohesive wall—perfect for representing company values—or we can split you into smaller groups to create individual canvases. Many Varna companies choose the 'Big Picture' approach where each small group completes a section of a larger corporate masterpiece.

Why should we choose Graffitifun over other local activities?

At Graffitifun, we believe in 'fun first.' Unlike many other providers, we don't require any payment upfront—you simply pay after the workshop is successfully completed. We also have a network of backup artists ready to step in, so your event is never at risk of cancellation. Our focus is 100% on your satisfaction and team cohesion.
