How it works

  1. The Briefing: We start with an energetic intro to street art culture and a quick safety talk to get everyone ready.
  2. Design Brainstorm: Your team works together to brainstorm themes, symbols, or company values to include in the mural.
  3. First Sprays: Grab a can! We start with basic exercises on practice boards to get a feel for pressure and distance.
  4. Sketching the Vision: Our lead artists help you scale up your ideas onto the main canvas or wall surface.
  5. Filling & Fading: Learn the 'fat cap' techniques for filling large areas and creating smooth colour gradients.
  6. Cutting In: Use 'skinny caps' to add sharp outlines and those crisp details that make graffiti pop.
  7. The Collaboration Phase: Teams must coordinate to ensure their individual sections blend into one cohesive masterpiece.
  8. The Final Reveal: We step back, peel away any stencils, and celebrate the incredible artwork your team built together.
  9. Photo Ops: We capture high-res shots of your team with their work—perfect for the office wall or company LinkedIn!

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous artistic experience or talent?

Absolutely not! Our Novosibirsk workshops are specifically designed for beginners. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. You’ll be surprised at how quickly your team goes from 'I can’t draw a stick figure' to creating a massive, vibrant mural that looks like it belongs in the Akademgorodok art scene. It’s all about the process and having a blast together!

Is it safe and messy? What about our clothes?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade masks to ensure everyone breathes easy. We also use low-odour, high-quality spray paints. All sessions are lead by experienced instructors who manage the site and equipment, ensuring a safe, clean, and worry-free environment for your entire staff. We take care of the mess so you can focus on the masterpieces.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

Our team development workshops in Novosibirsk typically last between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale collaborative piece. We can easily scale the duration to fit into your conference schedule or team-away day. Whether you need a quick energy boost or a deep-dive creative session, we’ve got you covered.

What is the maximum group size you can accommodate?

We can work with almost any group size! From small department teams of 10 to massive corporate gatherings of 200+ people. For larger groups, we bring in additional artists and set up multiple 'graffiti zones' to ensure everyone stays engaged and hands-on throughout the event. No one sits on the sidelines—everyone gets a can and a spot on the wall!

Can we do this indoors, or do we need an outdoor space?

Novosibirsk weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got a plan! We can host workshops outdoors at selected locations or bring the entire experience indoors. We use special protective flooring and ventilation setups for indoor venues to ensure a clean finish. Whether it’s a sunny day by the Ob River or a snowy Siberian afternoon, the creativity never stops. We can even come to your office space!

How does graffiti actually help with team development?

The beautiful thing about graffiti is that it’s inherently collaborative. While individuals learn their own skills, the final product is usually a 'Big Picture' mural where everyone's contribution is essential. This requires communication, planning, and shared vision—the exact same skills needed for a high-performing workplace. It breaks down professional hierarchies and allows team members to connect on a human, creative level.
