Why choose us in Tamale?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team development in Tamale? Because it’s more than just painting—it’s about breaking down barriers and building bridges in a way that feels authentic and exciting. 🎤🔥

Boosts creative problem-solving: Spray painting requires a different mindset, helping your team approach challenges from new angles.
Enhances communication: You can't build a massive mural alone; your team will learn to talk, plan, and execute as one unit.
Zero hierarchy: With a spray can in hand, everyone is an artist. It levels the field and encourages voices from all levels of the business.
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic and fun about the 'psshhh' of a spray can—perfect for boosting morale!
Lasting impact: Unlike a dinner or a movie, your team creates something tangible that represents their hard work and unity. 🏆
Local expertise: Our artists know the Tamale vibe and how to get the best out of your local or international staff.

How it works

Arrival and vibe check: Your team meets our professional artists at the Tamale location. We start with high energy and a quick intro to the world of street art.
Safety and gear up: We hand out protective suits, gloves, and masks. Safety first—then we get messy!
Spray can basics: Learn how to control pressure, create thin lines, and fill large areas. It’s harder than it looks but easier than you think! ✨
The big brainstorm: Your team works together to sketch out a concept that represents your company's values or goals.
Outline and structure: The artists help you transfer the sketch to the large wall or canvas, setting the foundation for your masterpiece.
Collective painting: This is where the magic happens! Everyone grabs a can and starts filling in the design, collaborating on colours and textures. 🔥
Professional finishing: Our artists help with the 'power lines' and highlights to make your team's work really pop.
The big reveal and photo op: Stand back and admire your work. We’ll take plenty of photos of your team looking like total rockstars.
Debrief and clean up: We wrap up with a quick chat about the collaboration process before you head off with a massive sense of achievement.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our team development workshops in Tamale are designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering advanced shading techniques. You don't need any prior artistic talent—just a positive attitude and a willingness to try something new. You'll be amazed at the high-quality mural your team can produce when you work together!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my employees?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. All our paint is professional-grade, and our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We ensure the workshop area is well-ventilated and that everyone feels comfortable and secure throughout the entire creative process.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A typical team development session in Tamale lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This includes the initial introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final collaborative mural creation. We can also customise the duration to fit into your wider corporate itinerary, whether you want a quick energiser or an intensive afternoon of creative bonding and deep-dive team building.

Where in Tamale do the workshops take place?

We are highly flexible! We can host the workshop at a dedicated outdoor creative space in Tamale, or we can bring the mobile graffiti studio directly to your office car park or a hired event venue. All we need is a well-ventilated space and permission to paint. If you're unsure about a location, just let us know and we'll help find the perfect spot.

What makes graffiti better than traditional team building?

Our workshops are perfect for team building because they break down corporate silos and encourage 'out of the box' thinking. Unlike traditional seminars, graffiti requires active communication, shared vision, and physical collaboration. It levels the playing field, allowing team members to connect in a relaxed, high-energy environment while working toward a common goal: a massive, colourful piece of art.

Can we keep the artwork we create during the session?

Since we often work on large canvases or temporary wooden walls, you can absolutely keep the artwork! Many of our Tamale clients choose to display the final mural in their office as a lasting reminder of their team's collaboration and creativity. It serves as a fantastic conversation starter and a constant source of inspiration for your staff and visiting clients.

How do we book and what are the costs?

Getting a quote is easy and fast. Because prices vary based on your specific group size, location, and any custom requirements, we provide tailored estimates. Simply use our online Cost Calculator or send us a quick message with your group details. We don't require upfront payments, and we focus 100% on ensuring your team has an unforgettable experience.
