Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Sunyani team development workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide you through every step, teaching you basic strokes and 'can control' techniques. By the end of the session, even the most hesitant team members will be amazed at the vibrant masterpiece they helped create together. It is all about the process and teamwork, not prior talent.

What should our team wear to the workshop?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting a little 'artistic' on. While we provide high-quality protective suits, gloves, and masks to keep you clean, spray paint is adventurous and likes to travel! If you are planning a dinner or corporate event directly after the workshop in Sunyani, having a change of clothes or a pair of old sneakers is a smart move.

Is the spray paint safe to use for everyone?

Safety is our absolute priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and provide all necessary safety gear, including FFP2 masks and gloves. Our workshops are typically held in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large, open indoor venues across Sunyani. Our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment where your team can focus entirely on being creative.

How long does a typical team development session last?

A standard team development session usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, technique practice, the main collaborative painting phase, and a final 'gallery walk' to admire the work. We can easily adjust the timing to fit into your Sunyani corporate itinerary, whether you need a quick energiser or an intensive afternoon of deep team bonding. Just let us know your schedule!

Can you host the workshop at our specific office location?

Flexibility is one of our strengths. We can host the workshop at a dedicated creative spot in Sunyani, or we can bring the entire 'street art studio' to your office car park, a local park, or your chosen conference venue. As long as we have enough space and proper ventilation, we can turn almost any location into a vibrant artistic hub for your team. We handle all the logistics and cleanup!

Can we incorporate our company values into the artwork?

Yes! One of the best parts of our team development sessions is the collaborative wall. Your team will work together on a large-scale mural that can be themed around your company's mission, values, or a new project goal. It is a powerful visual representation of what happens when different perspectives unite. If you'd like, we can even arrange for the final artwork to be created on transportable panels for your office.

How do we handle the booking and payment process?

Booking is simple and stress-free with Graffitifun. You don't need to pay anything upfront; you only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied. Simply request a quote through our website, and we will get back to you with a tailored plan for your Sunyani event. Plus, we always have backup artists ready to go, so your event is guaranteed to happen no matter what!

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next team outing in Sunyani? Because it’s the ultimate equaliser! When you’ve got a spray can in your hand, job titles disappear and pure collaboration takes over. Here is why our workshops are the talk of the town:

Boosts creative problem solving: Street art requires thinking on your feet and adapting to the canvas—skills that translate perfectly to the office. 💡
Total inclusivity: You don’t need to be an artist to join in. Our pros make sure everyone contributes something awesome to the final piece.
Visualises company goals: We can theme the mural around your latest project or company values, creating a lasting memory of your team's unity.
Stress-free booking: With no upfront payment and guaranteed fun, we take all the pressure off the organisers.
The ultimate morale booster: There is nothing quite like the feeling of creating something huge and colourful together with your colleagues. 🔥
Professional vibes: Our artists aren't just great painters; they are fantastic facilitators who know how to manage group dynamics.

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where your team meets our pro artists and learns about the history of street art.
Safety briefing: Everyone gets suited up in protective gear and learns how to handle the spray cans safely and effectively.
First strokes: Your team heads to the practice wall to learn 'can control'—mastering dots, lines, and those iconic spray fades. 🎨
Concept sketching: Together, we brainstorm the main theme, incorporating your team's goals or company identity into a rough layout.
The big outline: Our lead artist helps lay down the foundations of your mural, and then the team takes over the colours. ✨
Collaborative filling: This is where the magic happens! Different departments work side-by-side to bring the piece to life with vibrant layers.
Refining details: We add the 'can-control' finishing touches, highlights, and sharp outlines to make the artwork really pop.
The grand reveal: Take a step back as a group to admire the completed masterpiece and snap some epic team photos! 📸
Debrief and cleanup: We wrap up with a quick chat about the collaborative process while our team handles all the heavy lifting and cleaning.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Sunyani, often called the 'Green City' of Ghana, is the perfect place to let your team's creativity bloom. Known for its clean streets and lush surroundings, Sunyani offers a refreshing contrast to the hustle of the larger hubs, making it a fantastic spot for focused team bonding. The local arts scene here is growing, influenced by the rich traditions of the Bono Region. By choosing a graffiti workshop, you’re blending modern urban expression with the collaborative spirit that Sunyani is known for. 🌿

Fun Fact: Did you know Sunyani was voted the cleanest city in Ghana several times? We make sure to keep it that way—our workshops are eco-conscious, and we always leave our sites spotless (except for the amazing art we leave behind, of course)!

Whether you are based near the Sunyani Technical University or closer to the heart of the city, we bring a fresh, street-level perspective to your next corporate outing. Let's add some bold new colours to the capital of the Bono Region!

Pricing

We believe every team is unique, and so is every workshop! Because we tailor our sessions to your specific group size, location, and goals, we don't have a one-size-fits-all price tag. Whether you want a small session at your office or a massive mural event at a local festival site, we will create a package that fits your budget.
