Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Obuasi team development workshops are designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering advanced blending techniques. We focus on the process of collaboration and creative expression rather than technical perfection, ensuring everyone in your team feels confident and leaves with a sense of genuine achievement.

What safety measures do you have in place during the workshop?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective equipment, including high-quality FFP3 masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially prepared indoor spaces. Our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before any cans are shaken, ensuring a fun, worry-free environment for your entire team.

How long does a team development workshop usually last?

The typical creative session lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the introductory briefing, technique practice, the collaborative design phase, and the final 'grand reveal' of your team's masterpiece. We can also tailor the duration to fit your specific corporate schedule in Obuasi, whether you need a quick energiser or a deep-dive afternoon of creative bonding.

What should our team members wear on the day?

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty. While we provide full protective suits and gloves, street art can be a bit messy! We recommend leaving the suits and ties at the office. If we are working outdoors under the Obuasi sun, bringing a hat and staying hydrated is also a great idea.

Where in Obuasi can the workshop take place?

We are incredibly flexible with locations. We can host the workshop at your own company premises in Obuasi if you have a suitable outdoor area, or we can arrange a professional creative space nearby. Whether it's a car park, a courtyard, or a rented studio, we bring all the necessary equipment to transform the space into a temporary street art gallery.

What happens if we need to reschedule or if an artist is unavailable?

We understand that corporate plans can shift. Unlike many providers, we don't require upfront payment; you pay after the workshop is completed once you are 100% satisfied. Additionally, we have a network of backup artists available to ensure that your event goes ahead even if an instructor falls ill. Your team development day is safe with us!

Can we take the artwork back to our office?

Yes! While many teams choose to work on a large shared mural to symbolise unity, we can also arrange for individual canvases. This allows each team member to create their own 'piece' of the puzzle, which can then be displayed together back at the office. We customise the format to meet your specific team-building objectives and desired outcome.
