Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our onboarding workshops in Obuasi are designed for complete beginners. Our professional artists will guide you through everything, from how to hold a spray can to mastering complex lettering. Most of our participants have never touched a spray can before, but by the end of the session, everyone walks away with a piece of art they are proud of. It's all about the experience and having a blast together.

What should we wear to the workshop?

We recommend wearing old clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little paint on. While we provide high-quality protective overalls and gloves, graffiti can occasionally be messy business! If you’re planning a workshop in the Obuasi sun, light and breathable fabrics are a great choice. We provide all the professional gear you need to stay as clean as possible while you let your creativity run wild.

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide professional-grade FFP masks to protect you from fumes, as well as gloves and protective suits. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Our instructors are highly trained in safety protocols and will give a full briefing before anyone touches a spray can, ensuring a fun and worry-free experience for your entire group.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard onboarding session usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a solid introduction, some practice runs on plastic foil or practice walls, and then the creation of your final masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule to stick to in Obuasi, just let us know! We can often tailer the timing to fit perfectly into your team-building day or corporate event.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

Rain doesn't have to stop the fun! If the weather in Obuasi isn't playing ball, we have several options. We can use indoor-safe water-based paints, or we can work under professional event gazebos. Because we have multiple backup artists and flexible setups, we almost never have to cancel. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure the location is suitable, regardless of whether the sun is shining or a tropical shower hits.

Where in Obuasi are the workshops held?

We can host our graffiti workshops at various locations across Obuasi. We often work at public legal walls, or we can come directly to your office or a chosen event venue if there is suitable outdoor space. If you're unsure where to go, let us know! We have experience finding the perfect urban backdrops that capture the gold-mining heritage and energetic spirit of the city for your creative session.

How does the 'pay after' policy work?

We believe in our service so much that we don't require any payment until after the workshop is completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before we settle the bill. It’s part of our commitment to being the most reliable and fun graffiti workshop provider in Ghana. Simply book your date, enjoy the creative process with your team, and pay once the paint has dried!

Local culture

Obuasi is known globally for its rich gold-mining heritage, but beneath the surface lies a city with an incredible, growing creative pulse. The energy here is electric, and what better way to tap into that than through the raw, expressive medium of graffiti? As you spray your designs, you're not just making art; you're connecting with the urban rhythm of one of Ghana's most hardworking and resilient cities. 🇬🇭

Fun Fact: While Obuasi is famous for being one of the world's top gold producers, the local youth culture is increasingly turning to street art and muralism to tell the city's modern story beyond the mines! 🎨
