Do I need any prior artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Most of our guests in Sunyani have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists guide you through every step, from basic line work to shading. The creative activity is designed to be a 'social lubricant'—it gives you something fun to focus on while you chat, making networking feel natural rather than forced. Plus, you might discover a hidden talent you never knew you had!

What materials are included in the networking package?

We provide everything you need for a successful event. This includes premium spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective overalls, gloves, masks, and high-quality canvases or boards. We also bring the drop cloths and cleaning supplies. You just need to show up with your business cards and a willingness to get creative! We handle the entire setup and pack-down so you can focus on your guests.

What happens if it rains during our outdoor session?

Sunyani weather is usually beautiful, but we always have a plan B. We can set up under large gazebos or move the event to a well-ventilated indoor space with additional floor protection. Since we have backup artists and flexible equipment, we can pivot quickly to ensure your networking event goes off without a hitch, regardless of a tropical shower. Safety and comfort are our priorities.

How long does a typical creative networking event last?

Standard creative networking sessions typically last between 1.5 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows for an initial 'ice-breaker' period, the artistic workshop itself, and plenty of time for free-flowing conversation while the art dries. We can easily adjust the schedule to fit into a longer conference or a shorter evening mixer depending on your specific goals for the Sunyani professional community.

Is the spray painting activity safe and clean for professionals?

While we love the raw energy of street art, we take safety seriously. We use professional-grade masks and low-odour paints where possible. Our team ensures the workspace in Sunyani is well-ventilated and that all participants follow our safety protocols. It’s also surprisingly clean—we provide full-body suits so you can head straight from the 'mural wall' back to the cocktail table without a drop of paint on your clothes.

What is the maximum group size for a Sunyani event?

Our Sunyani networking events are highly flexible. We can accommodate small executive groups of 10 or large-scale industry mixers with 100+ attendees. For larger groups, we simply bring in more professional artists and set up multiple 'creative stations' to ensure everyone gets a hands-on experience and plenty of time to connect with one another. No one gets left out of the fun!

Can we customise the art theme to match our business goals?

Yes, if you have a specific theme for your networking event—like 'Innovation', 'Sustainability', or 'Regional Growth'—we can tailor the graffiti workshop to match. Our artists can pre-sketch a mural that incorporates your company colours or event slogans, which the group then fills in together. It’s a powerful way to reinforce your event’s message while building lasting professional connections in the Bono Region.
