Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Krasnoyarsk team development workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide you through every technique, starting with basic lines and ending with a collaborative masterpiece. Most people are shocked by what they can create in just two hours. It’s about the process, the laughs, and the team spirit, not just the technical skill.

Is the spray paint safe and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our number one priority. we provide high-quality FFP2 masks, disposable gloves, and protective overalls to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. We typically host our Krasnoyarsk sessions in well-ventilated spaces or outdoors when the Siberian weather permits. Our spray paints are professional-grade, and our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can.

How long does a typical team development workshop last?

Our team development workshops are quite flexible, usually lasting between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives your team enough time to learn the basics, brainstorm a concept, and execute a large-scale mural together without feeling rushed. If you have a specific schedule or a tight slot during a corporate retreat, we can easily tailor the duration to fit your agenda.

Where in Krasnoyarsk do the workshops take place?

We can bring the graffiti experience almost anywhere in Krasnoyarsk! We work with several local creative hubs and industrial spaces, or we can come directly to your office if you have a suitable outdoor area or a very well-ventilated large hall. If you haven't picked a spot yet, just let us know, and we’ll find the perfect 'legal wall' for your team.

How does graffiti actually help with team development?

Graffiti is a brilliant bridge-builder. Unlike traditional office tasks, it levels the playing field. It encourages your team to communicate in a completely new way, solve visual problems together, and take collective ownership of a large-scale project. It breaks down hierarchies and sparks genuine laughter, which is the best foundation for a stronger, more cohesive work environment back at the office.

What is your payment policy for corporate bookings?

At Graffitifun, we believe in 'fun first, pay later.' You don't need to worry about upfront deposits to secure your date. We want you to feel completely confident in our service. Once the workshop is finished and your team is buzzing from their creative triumph, we handle the payment. It’s all part of our commitment to a stress-free, professional experience for your business.

Local culture

Krasnoyarsk is a city of incredible contrasts, where the rugged beauty of the Stolby Nature Sanctuary meets a thriving urban industrial heart. This unique "Siberian soul" makes it the perfect backdrop for a graffiti-based team development day. The local street art scene has been growing steadily, with bold murals hidden amongst the historic architecture and modern developments.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Krasnoyarsk is often called the "City of Fountains"? While the water features provide a classic beauty, the city’s underground and industrial zones are where the real contemporary spray-can culture thrives, providing endless inspiration for our creative sessions! 🌊✨

We tap into this local energy, using the city's industrious spirit to fuel your team's creativity. Whether we are hosting your session in a dedicated studio or at a mobile location near your headquarters, we bring that authentic Krasnoyarsk grit and artistic flair to every workshop.
