Do we need any previous artistic experience to take part?

Not at all! Our team development workshops are designed for everyone, from those who haven't picked up a pen in years to the naturally creative. Our professional artists guide you through every step, starting with basic shapes and line work. The focus is on collaboration and having a brilliant time together, so there is zero pressure to be a 'master artist.' You'll be surprised at what your team can achieve!

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provides everything you need for a successful session in Melo. This includes high-quality spray paint in a huge range of colours, protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the canvases or boards you’ll be working on. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty while you work!

Is the spray paint safe to use during the event?

Safety is our priority. We use low-odour professional spray paint and provide all participants with high-quality FFP2 masks and protective gloves. Our instructors are experienced professionals who provide a full safety briefing before any cans are shaken. We typically host these sessions in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large industrial indoor venues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your entire team.

Where in Melo do these workshops usually take place?

The beauty of our graffiti workshops is that they are highly mobile. We can host the event at a creative outdoor location in Melo, or if you have a specific venue in mind—like your office car park or a hired event space—we can bring the kit to you. We just need a well-ventilated area and permission from the property owner to get the creative juices flowing!

How long does a typical team development session last?

Standard team development workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows for an introduction, a skills-building session, and the final collaborative masterpiece. However, we are completely flexible! If you have a tighter schedule or want a full-day immersive retreat, we can tailor the duration to fit your company's specific itinerary and goals for the day.

Can we customise the theme of the graffiti workshop?

Absolutely. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Before the event, we can discuss your company values, specific project goals, or even your brand colours. Whether you want to focus on communication, leadership, or just pure celebration, our artists will structure the session to ensure those themes are reflected in the final artwork and the group's interactions throughout the day.

How do we book and what is the payment process?

Booking is simple and risk-free. You can request a quote via our website using our cost calculator. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. We also have backup artists on standby to ensure your event goes ahead no matter what. Reach out today to check our availability in Cerro Largo!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team outing in Melo? Because nothing builds bonds like creating something massive and colourful together! Here’s why it works:

Level the playing field: In front of a blank wall, there are no job titles. Everyone starts from scratch, fostering genuine connection. ✨
Boost creative confidence: We prove that anyone can be an artist, helping your team overcome the "I can't do that" mindset.
Visualise your values: Instead of just talking about company goals, you’ll literally paint them into a collaborative masterpiece.
Stress-free fun: It’s a physical, tactile experience that gets everyone away from their screens and into the "flow" state. 🎤
Zero-risk booking: With no upfront payment and our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can book with total peace of mind.
Unique local experience: Stand out from other departments with an activity that is actually cool and memorable.

Step by step

The warm-up: Our professional street artists welcome your team and share the history of graffiti culture to get everyone inspired.
Safety first: Everyone gets geared up with masks, gloves, and overalls while we walk through the safe handling of the cans.
The 'Tag' challenge: Using our Tag Creator philosophy, every team member learns to design their own unique signature.
Technique training: We teach you the secrets of the pros—from fading and outlines to creating those iconic 'fat cap' effects.
The big concept: Your group brainstorms a central theme that represents your team’s goals or company values in Melo.
Collaborative sketching: We move to the large canvases where teams work together to map out the collective masterpiece.
The filling: This is the loud part! Your team fills the design with vibrant colours, learning to communicate through the noise.
Sharpening the lines: Our artists help you add the 'cut-backs' and highlights that make the artwork truly pop.
The unveiling: We wrap up with a group photo in front of your finished mural—a lasting memory of what you achieved together.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Melo is a city heartbeat built on tradition and local pride, known for its stunning parks like Parque Zorrilla and the legendary hospitality of the Cerro Largo department. While it has deep roots in Uruguayan history, there is a growing appetite for modern, urban expression. Bringing a graffiti workshop here creates a fantastic contrast between the city’s classic architecture and the bold, contemporary energy of street art. 🎨

Fun Fact: Melo is famous for its vibrant carnival celebrations, which are often described as some of the most authentic in Uruguay. That same spirit of colour, music, and community is exactly what we bring to our creative workshops!

By choosing Melo for your team event, you’re tapping into a unique atmosphere where "Gaucho" culture meets modern creativity. It’s the perfect backdrop for a team looking to reconnect in a city that truly knows how to celebrate life and community. 🏆
